The Hygienist that did the cleaning was very nice and thorough and also the dentist. Dr. Chang made sure I knew everything that was going on with my children’s teeth. They were extremely nice and fast. I will definitely recommend to everybody.

Worst office management ever. The office staff has no clue . Literally called 3 months to get set for a crown appointment after a root canal done at the specialist had to go back and see specialist because it took to long was having issues with tooth specialist was like why hasn’t it been done . So 3 month called again this is like the 25th time they said approves come in this day and I booked it but had to move appointment once two days later . I’m on my way to appointment with my child and they call problem with billing I’m like you did not I have another insurance card it’s switched but the slash slash office manager who is maybe 12 has this attitud like we did something wrong and this is three months of dealing with this I take her out my daughter and leave will not deal with this office again ever . I may have to because the work they did do she’s having issues with .

Run while you can. Insane prices coupled with scare tactics. They gave me a $3,000 quote for work on my kids baby teeth. They also backed it up by saying, "We aren't going to give care to any of your kids if you don't do this" After asking if there were any other options "We aren't going to explore any other options. If you don't do this you can't come back here"

I took my kid down the road where they recommended even more work than Family Smiles, but the price was less than half the original $3,000 quote.

Horrendous business practice. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. Sulphur Springs deserves better.
