I have called several time and the lady that answer is so freaking rude. She always has an attitude and getting smart when you’re trying to ask a simple question. If you don’t like your job then leave and find something else!!! She very unprofessional and ignorant

Ms.Rodger is rude. She was not helpful at all. I literally had to call six times and still no help. Asked for her supervisor, stated it was her(which knew was a lie). Honestly, all I wanted was help & that she did not provide. Very unprofessional.. I spoke w another lady who’s not even employed with them. Ann was great. All of my question were answered. Something Ms.Roger could have dn. Wish I could give a zero!

I gave one star because it wasn’t possible to leave zero. These are some of the most rude people that I have ever had the misfortune of having to talk to. They called me a liar when I absolutely know what I was talking about. Lost my registration and Registration fee, but expect me to send it all in again and pay yet another registration fee. Someone definitely needs to look into the employees here. This place could use a turn over.

I filed a complaint about a dentist with the State Board. When no one contacted me, I called to find out the status of my complaint and to speak to their investigator. The investigator was never available. I left messages for her. She did not call back. The office clerk told me that the dentist is given six weeks to respond to a complaint and he can ask for an extension. After months I'm still waiting to get an answer.

How Corneshia Harrison still has a job here is beyond me. She is incredibly rude and verbally attacks anyone who asks a question. I know many other sweet people who have been threatened by her to not receive their licenses, so it's obvious where the problem lies--- with Ms. Harrison.

Had a question about the Application for Registration of Dental Assistants and spoke to a lady by the name of Ms. Harrison, she was very rude and nasty. They need to hire someone who can be polite and answer calls more effectively.
