I confirmed my appt. Friday for Monday Morning for 8:00. It is always suggested you arrive early (Right)? I arrive and the doors are locked, people inside, and no one even let us into the lobby. You can hardly be ready for my appointment if you are not even opening the doors until 8:00AM. Their answering service said they can not take messages unless it is an emergency and the office does not answer the phones until 8:30 AM. If you expect me to make my appointments, Keep Yours! That was no consideration, or respect for me. Also I have not even heard from that office regarding my missed appointment. Guess I will have to call them as they apparently do not care whether my health needs are addressed or not.

Day1,..They don't answer the phone for any reason. You literally have to walk in to make an appointment. Unbelievable. Day2,... Still not answering the phone. Including yesterday, I have now called 12 times and nothing. Why build the hospital, staff it with the best people, bring in the best doctors, use the most modern equipment, only to have the entire system fail because no one answers the phones

So today my husband called to make an appointment to see a Dr re: some issues he was having. Had to answer some questions like name DOB etc.
Whomever he spoke with said she would have to check on something or another and call him back with an appointment. Still have not gotten a phone call for an appointment. My husband is 75 years old what if we had some serious issues going on here
Because we are NOT citizens of Arkansas apparently they don't feel we can be seen here.
Is this the way snowbirds are treated here?
Perhaps we will rethink staying in Arkansas I don't think this is a medical practice that I want for me or my husband

Had to waste about an hour of my time waiting because of a scheduling issue. They said I was next and they were just waiting on a clean room but then there was a few people that came in after me that got called straight back within a minute. So, that was clearly a lie which was pretty disrespectful and made me late for another appointment.
