I just had my teeth cleaned by Shannon at Queen Creek Smiles Dentistry. She does a very careful and thorough job and also gives good advice to achieve better dental health. Not only is she professionally competent, she is always very friendly and makes my every visit very pleasant. If you looking for a dental hygienist, I would recommend her without reservation!

I had to pay 120 because front office couldn’t pull up my insurance. I made an appointment with a different office immediately after leaving and they found my insurance no problem. I had to pay $120 which is not something light for me. So very upset.

My appointment on August 8th was great. Assistant Sam is very friendly and was efficient taking my x-rays. Hygienist Lori was gentle and thorough with her cleaning- my teeth have never looked or felt better since leaving their office.

I have had poor luck with dentist offices in the past so when we relocated from Seattle to Queen Creek I was very apprehensive. My wife found Queen Creek Smiles so I had high hopes that we would find a new home for our dental needs? Dentistry needs? We did. This place is great! The staff is very friendly and professional and within 2 minutes of my arrival I knew we were in good hands. Starting with Vanessa who was so helpful in getting me signed up properly (I’m old and bad at anything done online). She talked me through everything and handed me off to Lana the technician/hygentist who, like Vanessa was friendly, helpful and professional. She (Lana), talked me through what we needed to get accomplished and then she handed me off to Dr Jolley. Instantly liked Dr Jolley. He is warm, personable and so knowledgeable. After lamenting
to him about my poor track record with dentists, he walked me through what I needed to have fixed and after doing the ring replacement, we discussed future possibilities with my dental needs. Probably the thing that stood out the most besides his great demeanor was the fact that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. This is the first time that it didn’t happen because I told him that I was pretty good with my situation. Last but not least was Jen who came in and went over the expenses. Also very kind and personable. I couldn’t be happier with this office and all of the great people. It makes a huge difference to me and it is now one less thing I have to worry about moving forward. They are A++. Thanks everyone for making my experience such a positive one!

It’s always a great experience at Queen Creek Smiles! Shannon is an amazing hygienist! She is so honest and caring. Because of Shannon’s education to help me with home care and thorough cleanings, my gums are so much healthier! Dr. Jolley was so detailed during the exam, I knew exactly why treatment was needed. Dr. Jolley and his assistant, Ayla, did a remarkable job during treatment. I had no pain at all!

This office takes care of my 3 kids and they do an amazing job. From scheduling to the chair. The assistant, Courtney and Dr Jolley took great care of our kids and made them feel very comfortable.

I love queen creek smiles. Client since 2016. My husband and I and our three big/grown kids go here. I just left after a big crown procedure and I’m so happy w the people and the process. Aimee and Dr Hwang go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Lori P the hygienist is one of my favorite people. She’s taken care of all of us over the years. This is a stellar team along w Dr Jolly who took over for Dr V a while back. Best office ever!!!!

The staff at Queen Creek Smiles is very friendly. I appreciate the quality job done, and the gentle nature in which it was performed. Some dental hygienists can be like a troll with a pick axe, but Shannon was thorough, efficient and kind. I’ll be going back!
