Today we had an appointment, we took permission from work and went to clinic, after reaching there they informed our insurance they don’t accept . While taking an appointment they said they will accept my insurance and took all details. They didn’t even cared to call or send a message stating our insurance they don’t accept… it’s really frustrating. When we asked why they have not informed us then they yelled on us stating its our responsibility to cross check

I had a great experience. I went for a cleaning. The lobby is peaceful and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Extra points on their saltwater fish tank being clean and happy. I saw Wendy and she did a great job. She was quick with the x-rays and the cleaning. I was also impressed by the amount of concern for the patients needs. Wendy and her coworkers were asking the patients about any pain or discomfort, and listening to them. I haven't been to many dentists, but I did appreciate that. I will definitely be back!

If anyone who reads this rating for Smiles at San Tan Ranch which is where my husband and I go for all our dental needs, you surely will not be disappointed in any way. Dr. Rob Anderson is the most qualified and the best Dentist I have ever been to! I have never felt pain in the ten years I have been going to him. I have had molars pulled, teeth filled, crowns on molars. Dr. Anderson is cheerful and kind and has wonderful Dental Assistants and Hygienist’s and the front office ladies are so helpful and always greet you as if you are a good friend! Give them a try, you won’t be sorry, I promise?

I’ve worked with 2 different technicians and found them to be very thorough and professional — very knowledgeable. Both Dr Drs Nelson and Anderson are very good. I love this office! They are always so welcoming and friendly when you come in. Chelsea is the best! She gets me in and out timely and always does her job with a smile! I love that my dental cleanings are always pain free and when she is done my teeth feel great!

Chelsee is the VERY BEST for my biannual teeth cleaning needs. She is thorough and detailed and has an amazing rapport with her clients. The dentists here are great, too.

Though I haven’t had any issues in the last couple of years because I follow Chelsee’s directions on maintaining healthy teeth, when I needed dental treatments, they were exceptional—gentle, kind and trustworthy.
