I hate dentists and needles and drilling, but they took care of me and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I had an infection and had to come back 3 times to take care of 2 teeth. Let me say this after the first visit, my pain went from a 100 to a 3! The 2nd and 3rd visits went like clock work in and out quick and easy!

Now I'm off to eat more candy, drink more soda, and not brush my teeth so I can come back as the ladies that took care of me were kind, beautiful, caring, and thoughtful!

staff was friendly and good. procedure went well. If you are looking for a dr who won't provide information. then this is the guy. gets done says we are all done and walks out the door. no talk about what to expect or how to proceed. if it had not been for the nurse I would not have know what was the next steps or if there were any. most unfriendly dr I have ever been to. would not refer him to anyone and have told many people since my visit to look elsewhere.

A family member has used Dr Behrents for 2 past root canals that were successful and uneventful. Good parking with handicap spot close to main entrance with a ramp. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The check-in process is streamlined by being electronic.Dr Behrents is first class and if you have to have a root canal, Behrents Endontic Specialists is the place in NWA.

By far the best experience I've had with a dentist, very thorough and precise with injections. Procedure was quick and excluding the tiny pinch from the first injection, painless. (Personally liked that Dr. Nathaniel is ambidextrous, for such small working areas to be working on, was very fluent and swift.)
I've had a fear of dentist my entire life, finally over that fear and thankful.

IF SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT, GO BACK WITHIN 1 YEAR!!!
Dr Behrents did a root canal and I experienced pain off and on for years afterwards. Finally could not take the pain anymore and saw Dr Toole for an evaluation. The root canal had developed an infection that now has to be cut out. BUT, since I waited more than a year, there is no discount for re-work. Don't tough it out too long!
