They got me in quickly and were efficient and professional. I drove from Little Rock to see them after hearing Dr. Harrison was the best. The root canal procedure were amazing I almost fell asleep during it. I had no pain. Plus the music selection was top notch. You can tell Dr. Harrison and his staff care about their patients and how they are treated!

Yesterday I had a root canal- first one in over 12 years. Dr. White was awesome. And Lorrie explained every step and so reassuring. There has been new technologly since my last one and both Lorrie and Dr. White explained all of it. The only pain I felt was the two numbing shots, and that wasn't even that bad. Now, it is rough not being able to talk for an hour but using plenty of hand signals to make sure I was doing OK was calming. This team is the best. While a root canal isn't a procedure someone wants to do, if you need one, I totally and unequivocally recommend Dr.White.

For the reader of this review to fully appreciate this 5-star review, I must tell you that this was not the most pleasant experience.
I had a few things going against me. 1. I can’t open my mouth very wide on my best day. 2. My crowned tooth had been hurting for weeks and was very sensitive even for drinking room temp water. 3. Since my tooth had been so sensitive, I had quite a bit on anxiety over it being messed with.
I went in for an eval on one day and was scheduled for a root canal the next day with Dr. White. The tooth was so sensitive and my anxiety was such (in spite of opting for nitrous oxide) that he could just not get it fully numb. He and his wonderful assistant, Sadie, told me I was an unusual case and they can always get a tooth numb. (I have to stress this. I was an UNUSUAL case.) He didn’t want to hurt me, so he stopped and explained my options. One of which was to come back another day after taking an oral medication he would prescribe to help with the anxiety which, in turn, should help with the numbing. He explained that high anxiety can cause the numbing medication to metabolize too quickly. He told me the oral medication would cause me to relax and that I would be conscious, but I wouldn’t remember the appointment. I opted to come back the next week after having taken the medication.
Let me tell you. I had some trepidation about that medication. I didn’t know these people. How was I to know they wouldn’t just drill away despite any pain I might feel, secure in the knowledge that I wouldn’t remember them hurting me? Well, I remember the whole appointment; I’m betting it has something to do with the 2 cups of coffee I had that morning. Also, there was some confusion and I had only taken ¾ of the medication Dr. White had intended.
I did have some pain, but it wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t nearly as bad as the first appointment when they couldn’t get me numb and it wasn’t even as bad as the daily pain I’d been feeling when drinking water. The main things I remember are Dr. White and Sadie constantly checking in with me to make sure I was ok, them giving me updates on the progress, Dr. White taking the glasses they had me wearing and adjusting them because they were bothering me, Sadie telling me to hold her hand and squeeze if it hurt, and Dr. White massaging my jaws after he was done because he knew they were tired and strained. And they thought I wouldn’t remember any of that! LOL
In short, the whole staff is top notch. It’s easy to tell that Dr. White and Sadie genuinely care about the comfort and well-being of their patients. Of course, I hope I never need another root canal but, if I do, I know where I’ll be going!

Well, I only got an exam, but it was worth 5 stars. Why? Because Dr Gaston could have easily just gave me the root canal I was sent in to be evaluated for, but he looked the 2 teeth in question over and said no need for a root canal. He could have easily performed the procedure and collected the money. Thats what I call honest integrity.
BTW, every single staff member here was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I've never had a root canal, but if I ever do, this is where I am coming. I don;t care how much it hurts.

After two weeks of intermittent extreme tooth pain and 3 different dentists telling me different stories, I called Hot Springs Endodontics. They were able to get me in same day and were so professional and efficient. Vanessa verified all my insurance info, was so kind, and her communication was just top notch. I was able to see Dr. Harrison and he knew right away what was wrong and how to treat it. I was able to be treated same day by him Sadie. They were the best! Really chill, professional, knowledgeable, and so nice. I have been to a few different dentist due to moving around and this is the best experience I have ever had. My root canal was quick, fairly painless, and they knew how to accommodate my pregnancy. Hot Springs Endodontics is awesome and I won’t go anywhere else. Thank y’all for listening to me and healing my pain!

It’s not worth the pain! Seek treatment elsewhere.

My last visit felt like a scene in a horror movie. The dentist was way too aggressive when administering numbing medication. Dr. Harrison held my head down as he aggressively stabbed my gyms with the needle. I immediately screamed because the pain was so unbearable - then he pushed harder until I was almost in tears.

I’ve had regular visits to the dentist my whole life (thankfully with a different dentist), and I’ve never experienced this type of abuse. I believe Dr. Harrison gets offended when patients ask him questions - as if he’s too good to answer patient questions about dental treatment. To retaliate, he caused as much pain as possible while administering the numbing medication.

P.S. the dental work was good, however, I would rather spend my $$$ with a more compassionate & relatable dentist. + staff is nice & professional.

I had a root canal done a few weeks ago due to a really bad infection, and they got me in very quickly. Root canal went very well and I was in and out of there quickly. Dr. Harrison called me personally a few days after to check in on me. Staff was so nice, and I highly recommend!

Amazing customer service here! I have had to have several appointments (unfortunately for me), but I have never once had a bad experience! Dr. Gaston is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. His dental assistants have always been great. The ladies in the front of house are always on top of it. I was referred to their office, and within 10 minutes of leaving the office that had given the referral, she had called me to get everything arranged. I live 1.5 hours away, and they have always taken that into consideration when scheduling without me having to ask. Highly recommend them if you are, unfortunately, in need of their services!
