They were able to see me the same day my dentist informed me that I needed a root canal. The office lady was very friendly and kind. I also really liked Dr. Bethers, he did a good job making me feel comfortable and I haven't had any problems since it's been done. I was initially nervous to get this done but it went great.

I got a root canal done with Dr Bethers and I’m so glad I got to work with him! I was terrified to get a root canal, but he took what could have been a painful/scary experience and helped me feel seen/heard/respected/safe and got me out of pain. Tooth appts are not fun, but Dr Bethers made it the best experience it could have been and helped me feel at ease. He is extremely skilled and good at what he does, but he also has such a calm and kind demeanor- which is equally as important. Highly recommend, choose him and you will be in the best care!

My daughter has an abscess tooth. I made an appointment for her at 4:00 with Dr Bethers. We were so happy about that because she has been in pain for days and has a huge pus filled blister around her tooth even though she is on antibiotics. She hasn’t been able sleep and has been miserable. At noon the office called me to cancel the appointment because my daughter had been seen the year prior by Dr. Housley and they would not let her see another provider in their clinic……WHATWHY The rude lady on the phone said “It’s just our policy”. So I guess if you see a dentist there you are stuck with that person for life and cannot see anyone else. Dr Housely wasn’t there and wouldn’t be able to see her for 3 more days for a consultation only and wouldn’t be able to schedule her for a root canal until the following week. I feel like this is inhumane to make someone wait that long to be treated with an abscess tooth when there was another dentist who was available at 4:00 that could do it. What kind of uncaring and cruel people would let someone suffer like that when they could have helped them? Why can’t she see a different provider? Can you imagine the ER saying something like this? This was certainly a dental emergency and I am so disgusted that they would treat a patient like this. They must be the worst kind of humans to do this. I just wanted to add that I have NEVER left a negative review on anyone before but I am so disgusted today that I decided to state my thoughts.

Had a root canal done three years ago by Dr. Housley. It was still bothering me, so he treated it again for free when I was still experiencing pain. Flash forward three years and I’m back and can’t tell which tooth is giving me grief. He played detective and was committed to helping me figure it out. I genetically have some messed up teeth (with extra roots often) so I’m grateful for a patient Endodontist who is willing to work with me. If you in a similar boat I recommend Desert Endodontics.

So I have to start with saying that I was referred here for a root canal and when I went in with no dental insurance they set me and did an x-ray and then scheduled me for two days later. So come time for the root canal they sent me the dentist came in and introduced himself as Brad. Just Brad. They did another x-ray and then started the shot to numb my mouth and when I was waiting for the medicine to work the lady came in from the front desk and said “Oh, just so you know it will be $1080 for the root canal today.” She doesn’t wait for a response before she walked out. Two minutes into the dentist drilling my tooth he says “oops?” WTH! Nobody ever wants to hear that from someone working on their body, doctor, dentist, surgeon… He stops and asks me if my dentist is going to put a cap on the tooth, to which I don’t know the answer… However I think to myself that now he is going to have to. All along, he and his assistant were teasing one another and giggling flirtatiously. I can’t imagine it would be worse than getting work done in a back alley type of place so It was by far the worst experience at the dentists I have ever had.

I came after being referred by my dentist for a tricky root canal. Such a great staff! Excellent dentist! Wonderful atmosphere! I felt like I was walking into a spa! It’s just a very unique and beautiful office space. They even called me the next day to check on me ♥️. As much as going to the dentist isn’t everyone’s favorite thing, they really do make you feel happy to be there.
