First time coming here with my 3 year old and we had such a great experience. The front desk was so nice and cheerful. Carlos was our dental hygienist and he was wonderful with my daughter, spoke to her calmly and matter of factly and she did so great with her cleaning. Our X-ray tech was also so kind and patient and my daughter did great in there as well. The actual pediatric dentist was so great as well, speaking to my daughter so kindly and explaining what she was going to do. The visit was efficient, thorough, and done in a timely manner. My daughter was most excited about her new Disney Princess toothbrush she got at the end of her visit.
Such a great place and so happy to have found this practice 🙂

My 7yr old Daughter had an appointment today with Dr Duckworth. He is awesome!! So gentle and soft spoken. Mia was his assistant is so sweet and caring. I would highly recommend Surprise kids Dentistry.

The ADA recommends X-rays 12-24 months for children without high risks of cavities(question that even)yet for some reason she wanted to do it every 6 months. The new male dentist said he couldn’t give “good enough care” if I didn’t have it by next visit and would have to refuse service(thank you)even though they zap her with up to two panoramic X-rays a year as per her orthodontist there. Don’t fall for the “bananas are the same amount of radiation”. Bananas are potassium 40 and are distributed throughout body and not the harmful ionizing radiation focused on a small area, or “it is the same as radiation for a full day of AZ sun outside.” If I drank a pint of vodka over a day I would survive, if over a millisecond I would be dead. Keep a radiation card for your children like they do in some countries, so they are kept safe from lifetime increases in cancer risk. X-rays are more harmful to children than adults, yet if they get regular American dental care and/or happen to need xrays for a broken bone, they unnecessarily get exposed to too much ionizing radiation. The fact they are so concerned about cavities of even baby teeth, therefore needing X-rays, proves it is a money grab. Sick

Marissa and Dr. Mariano helped my son feel comfortable. I've never experienced someone as patient and playful as Marissa. I think for my son, she took the fear out of going to the dentist and as his mother watching, it really warmed my heart and filled me with gratitude. They were able to get pictures and clean teeth (somewhat) for my 3y/o I won't go anywhere else now. Thank you, to this team for your mindfullness and caring company culture.

We can not say enough great things about Kids Dentist of Surprise. My daughter and I are both very anxious about the dentist and this group has blown us away. The staff is always so welcoming and supportive. My daughter now does not mind going to the dentist now. As we sat in the waiting room last week my daughter was reading the pamphlet and pointed out the screenshot attached. She says this is how the office makes her feel! Thank you all so much for doing what you do!

Dr. Duckworth is the BEST! Both of my kids look forward to coming here to see him. One of my kids needed fillings. My daughter was so nervous about the treatment but Dr. Duckworth made her feel SOO much better by talking through each and every step with her as a child would understand. Ive been taking my son here for a few years and it has always been a great experience. Nichelle and Jessica are always so nice and helpful! Dr. Simpson is the best!
