Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing. His nurse and he have been partnered for well over 20 years, and his front desk staff have always greeted patients by name soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Smith loves fishing and you can tell by the decor, but even better, is he will tell you awesome stories of his adventures out on the water, and it somehow distracts from the anxiety of being in 'the chair'.
Having to have my teeth pulled, and having partials put in was a procedure I've known I needed for some time. Having relocated, I was faced with the prospect of finding someone out there I was willing to trust. It was nerve-wracking. I consulted with my insurance company, and she suggested Dr. Smith because of his rating and the many years he's practiced here, in Sierra Vista. I took a leap of faith, and since the start, I dont regret it. I've been to Dr. Smith since January and knowing the procedure I needed involved getting all new teeth essentially, I was a wreck. My anxiety was through the ceiling. He took care of everything and yet, I still didn't know what the outcome was going to be. I just got it done and my partials look so much like my original teeth, but better. Straighter...lol...and not anything like what I feared.
It's hard to place your trust in a dentist because of past experiences. Especially folks from my generation. But I have gained new trust in Dr. Smith, and all it took was a leap of faith. And a procedure that effects how you look in public! A smile, a laugh, a smirk..and if it looks bad, you feel bad and your quality of life is bad...but he did such a great job of making it look perfect and fit me perfect. That means a lot to me. I appreciate that more than anything.

Myself and all of my family going to Dr. Smith over 20 years and had no problem. Dr. Smith and his staffs are always very nice and friendly. Not just that, reasonable price and high quality care. Recently, I got a crown and I feel so comfort with it as I forget to be careful biting on hard stuffs.
