My son broke his adult tooth today in PE. We went to his dentist immediately and he referred us to Dr. Kleinman who we called while walking out of the dentist office. Dr. Kleinman and his team got us in immediately and they fixed his tooth today! If you didn’t know he had broken his tooth you would never know! My son is only 10 years old and getting shots in your gums is scary enough as an adult let alone as a child, but Dr. Kleinman talked my son through everything and made him feel very comfortable. Our family is so pleased with the service and care we received from Dr. Kleinman and his team today. Thank you so much. We highly recommend Northern Arizona Endodontics.

The doctor is a great endodontist no pain on the root canal procedure. The front office staff was professional and friendly. While no one want a root canal procedure, Northern Arizona Endodontic is a great place to have one. I can highly recommend them.

This place is a complete rip off. Do not go here. Just went in for a root canal and was told it wasn’t necessary. Then I was told by the front desk receptionist that I owed $200 for the exam which consisted of them testing my tooth by holding something cold up to it. When I asked why it was so expensive the receptionist told me I could go to a dentist that works out of a garage if I didn’t like the price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist and there rude smart mouth receptionist. I’d give this place a zero if google gave that option. It’s interesting to see the response from the owner as well. The hygienist who I met with before seeing the doctor was trying to sell me on needing a crown right off the bat. It wasn’t until I said no that she changed her tune and recommended seeing what the doctor said. Then I come to find out the miserable receptionist charged me $50 for a service that was covered under my dental plan and never should have been charged for. I now have to wait for a month to get reimbursed from United Healthcare because she doesn’t know how to do her job. Icing on the cake is that the doctor tried telling me that her terrible attitude and smart remarks were an attempt at humor. Basically condoning her terrible attitude. Stay far away from this place there are other providers that accept UHC PPO that won’t treat their patients like this.$200 for 5 minutes of service and a cold test is not reasonable. Look at the other reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one who has had issues with their terrible receptionist

I had a decision to make about an upcoming root canal. My insurance would cover the cost at a dentist 30 mins from my home or an endodontics 3 1/2 hours from me . After reading all the amazing reviews for Northern Arizona Endodontics i Chose to go there. I’m not even exaggerating at all it was probably the best experience dental wise I’ve ever had in my life. Dr. Brian kleinman Was so patient and so kind and literally explained every single thing he was doing while he was doing it. Along with his helpful Assistant Lorie and the lady at the front desk.
Well worth the drive!

I got a root canal there. The Dr. was perfection he was warm and caring. But his older female assistant was VERY rough with me, she hurt my mouth and my other teeth several times. When she put objects in my mouth and again when roughly pulling them out again she constantly hit and hurt my other teeth. It was so painful! She was worse when he wasn't in the room! I have NEVER had someone take x-rays of my teeth so carelessly usually people are gentle and slow. She was fast, careless and mean about it. She could ask patients to open wider before roughly and abruptly pulling large metal instruments out of our mouths without any warning and that would prevent pain and her hitting our other teeth! She made me feel like a number, she was in a real rush. The Dr made me feel like a human. 5 STARS for him 2 stars for his assistant.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Kleinman and his staff. He is thorough about his explanation of what he is doing. I had a root canal. It was the best recovery as well. I was expecting sore and pain to follow. I was prepared with Aleve, however I only used once to be prepared. I can't express how successful the procedure was.
