My daughter and i really love it here. The atmosphere is just right for the young ones. The check in and appointment time is acceptable also the staff are kind and helpful. The dentist is always respectful, kind and always available to speak with and answer any questions of family no matter how busy they are.

We absolutely love Dr Cruise and his staff. They have been incredible from the very beginning, when my oldest had a terrible toothache. I have went to him for my infants lip tie, and he was so informative of the procedure and made me feel at ease. I don't typically like dentists, but I am so glad I found this team for my children that I have referred family members and even their friends to check them out even though they live further away.

I drive over an hour to come here and I think it's worth it . Dr. Is honest and not wanting to cash out on patients. He talks to you so you understand without sounding like he's "lecturing you" . I'm very happy to find this dentist office.

Drove an hour and a half because they were highly recommended for tongue tie revisions. When I got there I got checked in, waited a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was evaluated. But, I was told my insurance was horrible and that I'd have to pay out pocket, which is not currently an option. I feel as though the office should have informed me prior to my visit, as they were given my policy information over the phone at booking(knowing my driving time) that my insurance would likely not cover the procedure and to allow me to decide whether I wanted to keep the appointment or not based off that fact. I would have saved time and gas if they had just told me my insurance was horrible over the phone instead of in person.

At Pediatric Dentistry we have had the best experiences with going to the dentist.We absolutely Love Dr.Cruise and all his staff! Everyone is extremely polite, helpful, caring and kind. Any fear and uncertainty my daughter was experiencing immediately vanished after the interactions she had with the dentist and his assistants. They made her very comfortable while performing procedures. Would recommend this practice to anyone who ask me about a personable, caring, experienced pediatric dentistry.
