I'm updating this improving it from one star to three star because they finally refunded me in full per my request and they have a friendly staff. They tried to make it right .I appreciate it.

Although they seem nice and affordable to some people, I wasted hundreds on partials I can't use. I desire my refund so I can get veneers somewhere else

My smile isn't any better. I'm in the same place I was when I got there but worse cuz less money wasted on these I can't use them . I'm very disappointed.

I have already had them adjusted a couple of times, the same day and another day, either they pop out when talking or its too tight have me in pain.

neither is acceptable. Plus the silver hooks are too noticable. I can't eat on them either. Which is one of the main reasons I bought them. Please contact me for refund thanks. I left messages voicemails .

The dental assistance does a better job on this than the dental hygienist. I guess I shouldn't have had the dental hygienist take a look at it cuz her changes had me in so much pain my mouth and head was in too much pain

She seems funny or nice but what I need is a nice smile again teeth that fit and that I can eat with etc Also someone to take me serious. Don't take my kindness for weakness.

I don't want to keep coming up there to get them adjusted Thanks . It's been over a month. Can I please have a refund thanks you. This is for the Garden Alabama Location

Great staff! Always feel welcome when I’m here. They all are like family! Constantly going out of their way to make my appointment fun and informative! Dr Morrison was very good with me! He told me everything that he was about to do and calmed me down. The assistant Nancy, was just as good! She was super super nice and helped me in any way she could!!

I lost a filling in a tooth last Friday afternoon, and they were able to get me in today (Tuesday). The staff were friendly and professional. I was only there about an hour and a half. I don't have dental insurance, and the price to repair my filling was very reasonable. I will definitely use Southern Smiles again in the future.

I think their money hungry. I seen their prices online and had a tooth that had been bothering me for about 2 weeks excruciating pain while I'm there I explain all this to them they act as if they're going to pull it for me they leave the room and when they come back I was almost pushed out of the chair they gave me some kind of paper told me to go to an oral surgeon and there's nothing they could do needless to say the oral surgeon turned out to be $700 and they knew that so why would they send me to somewhere when I've already come to them because of how cheap it was Money Hungry.

Do NOT use this place!!! They will rip you off. They will screw your mouth up. They are rude. They will talk to you like you're stupid. They will NOT listen to you when you try to explain something that is going on that they caused. They might have cheaper prices but I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place!!!

Staff very helpful and courteous I had a bad cracked denture the dentist I was going to told me I had to buy a new denture Southern Smiles REPAIRED it, it feels better than when I 1st got denture, it was inexpensive, I got my denture repaired same day!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
