I most enjoyed Doctor Vu today! She is very considerate, patient, and caring as she cleans my teeth. She gave me simple advice on how I should take care of my oral hygiene. They helped to find a cheaper oral surgeon alternative for my wisdom tooth issue. Friendly and simple staff for sure! They have a discount plan and a medical credit card offer. Highly recommended.

The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Vu is very good and an excellent dentist. She have an easy hand and made me feel at ease the whole time I was under her care. I recommend Valley Ridge Family Dentistry to everyone any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I had the best dental visit in my whole life with Dr. Vu.

I’ve never been the person who wants to go to the dentist, but all of the staff here are so kind and make sure you feel comfortable. I also have never had a doctor give me a shot that I didn’t even feel! I schedule my cleans closer together so I have an excuse to come! I would 100000000% recommend this dentist any day. They have good deals and some of the lowest prices a dentist has ever charged! I will not get a new dentist until I move states! And even then, I will be sad. An amazing, wonderful, comfortable place.

I came in to see Dr. Vu to have my teeth cleaned and it was a wonderful experience. I've been to many dentists over the years and had my fair share of good and bad experiences, but definitely find the exceptional visits to be rare. I felt that this was truly an exceptional experience. Dr. Vu was so kind, professional and patient. She had the most gentle touch that was so appreciated! I felt that I was not only in the best of care with her hands, I truly felt that she took the time to answer my questions and get to know me. The assistant and front desk staff were also so kind and approachable. I never felt that I was just another patient on the schedule and as a patient on the schedule, what an incredible feeling to have! I can tell that so much thought and pride goes into the practice of Valleyridge Family Dentistry. The office was beautiful, the tools were state of the art and I can't believe the chairs have a massage feature! I felt relaxed and at ease during my appointment, having a massage chair running surely would have put me to sleep! Not a typical expectation for the dentist. Honestly, I was sad to have the appointment end. Also, not a typical expectation for a dentist office. It truly was a wonderful experience! I look forward to going back.

The staff is fantastic and Dr. Vu s an absolute saint. She is the only dentist I’ve ever been to where I felt comfortable and pain free. Not only was she amazing to me but also with working on my autistic child. She is patient and kind. It’s really hard to find a place that still has that mom and Pop shop feel or that have the patience busy moms need.

Darla Grace (the receptionist) was so nice! She made cute little hand made valentines and handed out to the patients in the office on Valentine’s Day! I thought that was so special! Dr Vu was also amazing!! I was super nervous, so she recommended I use my AirPods and listen to music while she was working. She kept asking if I was okay and giving me breaks to breathe throughout. She was very thorough and seemed to really care. The best part is the prices were much cheaper than 2 other offices that I quoted before attending my appt. Very happy with the office and happy to be a new patient!

Our families insurance had changed to a new provider and therefore we had to find a new dentist. We found Valley Ridge Family Dentistry who were conveniently located near our home in Chelsea off 280. They welcomed our family as if their own. All four of us had excellent service and happy that our insurance company made the change. They made sure the move from our old dentist to them was a smooth as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist if they are unhappy with their current or just moved here.

They are amazing!! The receptionist was very helpful when I called, they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Ray was very pleasant and explained everything to me during my extraction as well as Dr. Vu who was assisting. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a top notch dentist.
