Dr. Redmond is the best ! He pulled 6 teeth and they healed perfectly with no issues he did a amazing job on my implants. The lady at the front desk was very nice and his nurse was so sweet . !! I highly recommend this dentist!!! Very affordable as well

I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone.
This was my first time visiting. The old skinny YT lady at the front desk was so nasty & so rude. She didn’t speak or welcome patients. She asked what dental insurance did I have, I told her.. with a blank stare she goes, “We don’t take that insurance!" Mind you i just recently talked to my insurance company & they confirmed that they did provide insurance for this place. This was the worst experience ever. I just read a review where someone had the exact same experience which is upsetting. They really need to do better!

This clinic states they are there for emergencies. Called on a Monday and asked for an appointment. The very abrupt person who answered the phone said Friday at 8 a.m. and hung up. I had an emergency so I found a dentist who would see me right way and boy am I happy I did after reading many of the reviews on this site. I tried to call to cancel my appt w/ this clinic - you can't leave a message so I called several times and finally got an answer the day before my appt. I said that I wanted to cancel, the same rude person said "what's your name"? I told her my name and she hung up. I am sooooo happy that I found Dr. Tickle on Hargrove Road. He and his staff are professional, offices are soothing, comfortable and CLEAN. I'm so happy that I called around BEFORE going to West Alabama Dental Center. It is so sad that so many of the medical offices have very rude staff who really act like they hate their jobs. I recommend that people call around before making decisions on medical and dental care.

My first visit was scary but awesome (don't like the dentist) the staff was very informative, kind and prepared me for the worst (that's what I have always done in any situation). They made me a crown until the real one comes back. I am pleased with the dental work done so far. I will be back.

Everything was great! Staff is great and make you feel at home, one of the staff workers even held my hand through the extraction. Dr. Redmond is great!

The office is filthy and has a terrible smell. There are birds nest in the ceilings. They want you to sit in chairs with filthy and duck tape. I developed an terrible infection after a tooth extraction and once Dr. Redmond realized I was injured she started lying on my records and told me. I have always been nice to you people. My name is not you people. I am a person that was injured. I just happen to be of color but I am a human being first.

Dr. Redmond did my dental surgery with no pain at all. I was scared at first but when he started the procedure he kept me calm. He was so patient and kind. The staff are nice and friendly as well. West Alabama Dental Center highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome job!
