I called on Monday with a tooth problem and they made my appointment on Tuesday and corrected. The service from the young lady answering my call was great and reassuring. The assistant that took my xray was great and stayed talked with me which lowered my anxiety. So when the Doctor came in he very clear of the procedure he was about to do. It turned out to be painless and quick. I would and will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. I have had a lot, "I MEAN A LOT" of dental work over the years. This my BEST experience ever.

The staff was extremely nice but their timeliness isn’t the best. I came in as a new patient for a routine cleaning but was there for 2 hours and had to leave without getting the cleaning (that they charged me $58 for with BCBS insurance). It took an hour for them to do dental X-Rays and since they kept putting it in incorrectly, the process was extremely uncomfortable. I was then seen by the hygienist and dentist but it took another 30 minutes before I could see the person that does the cleaning so I had to leave. I have never spent more than 30 minutes in the dentist office and have never paid out of pocket for a cleaning. If the staff weren’t so friendly, I would have gave 0 stars

Cassandra was amazing even if the procedure I was getting was painful, she moved things along as quickly as she could while being thorough. The x ray tech was also amazing and supportive due to the fact I couldn't really open my mouth so she was as gentle as possible. I think her name was Megan but I'm not sure, this morning was kind of blurry.

Now the whole "confirming your appointment" bs was ridiculous. I called yesterday on my lunch break, verbally confirmed my newly scheduled appointment and was emailed a confirmation, went back to work and got called by the office. I missed that since I was back at work, show up this morning to be told it was cancelled because I missed that call confirming my appointment today, that I had already confirmed ten minutes prior when I was on the phone with a different office person. Then, as I was about to leave bc my pain has been in the 8-9 out of 10 area for weeks, I was told I could be "rescheduled" for the same appointment time. Make it make sense. 2/5 for making someone already severely in pain cry just to still leave them at the same appointment time.

Today was my first visit/consult to start a treatment plan for my dental health. First and foremost, everyone was so nice especially the front desk staff.. even though I had to wait a little due to it being busy the customer service outweighed the wait.

I had a dental emergency and an appointment with them was open the next day. I get very anxious with any dental work and when I requested to have nitrous gas, Sara the office manager came in and was so informative. Unfortunately they do not do gas there. After explaining my situation and past dental experiences she kindly suggested two other dental offices that offer it. She even went above and beyond by printing me off information on both places. Sara I am so appreciative of you and how you helped me so much today. Thank you for making my experience exceptional, although I didn’t have any procedure done there.

Refuse to believe these offices are about nothing but financial gain. You should only have to pay for services rendered at that time, yet they give you a full treatment plan and charge for the entirety of the treatment plan without doing any of the work. They will have you open a credit account for the full out of pocket amount of the services regardless of if you have insurance. They put you in a financial bind and burden for their gain. Quality of work does not matter if they charge an arm, leg, and foot without the service being provided.
