From someone who is typically a nervous wreck in any medical or dental situation.. I can say that this is hands down the best dental team I have ever been to. Dr. Baggett puts me at ease immediately and his bedside manner is impeccable. Cassie is always personable and knowledgeable and Andreas kind smile is great to walk into there. They all are very friendly with a passion for making people feel better. I am immensely thankful for that 🙂 also the office is gorgeous!

Dr. Baggett and his whole staff do an excellent job taking care of their patients needs. They listen to everything about your teeth, gums and mouth concerns. And if you need a shot in relation to your procedures, please know that Dr. Baggett is gentle and patient.

Best dentist ever. Always in a good mood and someone you can talk to. The staff is awesome too. Receptionist, patient staff they are all great. Dr. Baggett is also top shelf cosmetically, I had 10 crowns placed at one time they look and feel awesome.

I have personally had one cleaning with his office and they were all very kind. But my husband has been many times and I can't express how happy he's been with Dr. Baggett and his team. My husband needed a tooth extracted and work was crazy, several things happened at once and being the manager he was the only one working open to close and couldn't leave work to have it done. Dr. Baggett took time away from his family at 8:00 at night to meet my husband after work to extract the tooth! We appreciate Dr. Baggett and all of his staff for being so amazing.

Dr. Baggett and his team have gone out of their way to help me with a complicated dental issue. This is, without a doubt, the best dental practice that I’ve been to. The office is immaculate (sterile and spotless) and ultra modern, but also extremely relaxing and comfortable. The waiting room is gorgeous, although I’ve never had to wait because they are so organized and efficient. The office manager has been incredibly understanding and wonderful. She always patiently explains the treatment plan and payment options and responds immediately if I have any follow up questions. I am uninsured and they have gone above and beyond to create a plan that is both affordable and manageable for my situation. Dr. Baggett’s assistant is one of the most positive, friendly, and reassuring people that I’ve ever met. She is highly skilled, thorough, and always puts me at ease. The hygienist was also great. She made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything that she was doing. Dr. Baggett is personable, professional, and experienced. He truly puts his patients first and always takes the time to fully explain everything. It would take me all day to list all the things I love about this place. I highly recommend Dr. John Allen Baggett and his exceptional team. With them, you will find yourself looking forward to your next trip to the dentist!
