Moving to a new area is difficult add to that a new dentist. DDS Mark and staff were warm, friendly and professional. I appreciate their understanding in why I had neglected going to a dentist after a traumatic experience. I felt no shame in the way they compassionately examined and explained what needed to be done.

Went to Drs a week ago before leaving the county for a week. Got antibiotics and pain pills for 3 days worth of relief for a broken tooth. Today I called when I came back into the area trying to get my pain managed with another prescription and a appointment for a tooth extraction. Was informed that I would not be given any more meds for pain but they would prescribe Motrin for me. People kill themselves from tooth pain. I have a real medical emergency and they don't seem to give a single care. I asked to speak with the dentist I was denied speaking with the dentist. Eventually they told me they'd leave him a message to call me which he has not. I asked for my records so I could go elsewhere and they refused to give me my x-rays that I just got done paying $85 for last week or the referral to go an oral surgeon. I called back asking if the doctor was actually going to get back to me at all or if he was just going to ignore his patient. She said she didn't have time to bother with me and she has other patients. I said I've been dealing with this for hours and I need answers. I fortunately have a friend in the dental industry who's requested my information and received it instead of this hack of a doctor office. She said that we don't give out medical records to patients. When I asked why she didn't give me an answer and she hung up on me. Very disgustingly unprofessional. Thanks for nothing guys

It's kind of funny how several of your five-star Google reviews are from family members. Guess you needed that little boost to get past the negative reviews from your office huh?

Staff was so friendly. Girls took there time and talk to me while cleaning my teeth. Dentist is friendly also. I'll be back in 6 months.

I have been to Dr McClendon a few times to get a tooth pulled over the past few years, as a matter of fact, I went just yesterday. I travel to his office from Rome Ga., it's only an hour drive, and it's well worth it. He is just a good ole guy that really likes helping people. His prices can't be beat. To get the xray, the numbing shot, and the extraction was only 130.00, and I paid with cash. In Rome the exact same procedure, the cheapest one I could find, was 400.00. The dentists here in Rome should be ashamed of themselves, but they think that they're "all that". They think they're too good to help people without robbing them. Dr McClendon is the best.

Great dentist. Awesome staff. They all take good care of me. Dr. Mark always does his very best to take care of my dental needs. He explains the procedure before he does it. Giving me peace of mind.

Everything had been going fine. They were nice and did good work until he and the assistant pulled a tooth and broke the porcelain cap on the next tooth over. They had to have known, especially when they were irrigating after the extraction but they didn't admit anything. I paid out of pocket for that root canal, post and cap by the way.
...so disrespectful.

Tooth hurts called to make appointment since I'm not a patient they said must clean and x-ray but will not fix tooth causing pain until further. Appt. Makes know since she even said will not fix pain at time of appt.
