Yes, agree with all review here as well. I have been calling to get some answers before heading to my appointment, and NO one answers the phone. Last time, I saw at least three ladies at the front desk, so I don't understand why they let the phones ring. I'll find out on my coming up appointment and will definitely let the doctor know about it. Other than that, Dr. Woods is great!

I go to this dentistry primarily and I just received ghetto service today. I called this lady once to schedule an appointment and she scheduled the wrong day. I thought it was a miscommunication, so I just called again and tried to schedule a week earlier and she hung up on me 3 times. On the last time I called she put me on hold and when she got off of hold she just hung up on me. So I rolled up there, lol I’m crazy like that. I was being passive aggressive but mostly nice… the lady told me it was scheduled on the day that I asked. I don’t know why the lady didn’t tell me over the phone … GHETTO SERVICE.

Excellent service was provided. Dr. Woodrick and his team did an excellent job reviewing my dental plan and he answered all of my questions. The entire team is always courteous, informative, friendly. It is always my pleasure to do business with the team at Great Expressions in Fayetteville (Lanier Rd) location. They helped me tremendously rid my fears of seeking dental services. Thank you ?

The last time I called to inquire about if the office performed a certain service, I had the worst experience over the phone.

The employee who answered my call didn't know what I was talking about when I asked if the office offered the service, and when I explained what it was to her (although she could have googled it or asked a coworker), instead of offering me a "yes or no" to my question, she gave me a horrible attitude with a seething tone and tried to pressure and force me to make an appointment, saying the "dentist would have to consult me on the best option available".....? Even though my question was about if they offered a service that I know not all offices offer due to having or not having the technology and I wasn't asking about a consultation at that point although I was interested in making an appointment until that happened. I felt as if that lady was just talking to me as if I was a paycheck to her, not a patient.

Even if I had gone for the consultation and the dentist did recommend another course of action, as a patient it would have made me feel a lot better to have a yes or no answer to my question instead of phone employee attempting to pressure me to schedule an exam/consultation. This experience topped my worst experiences with this location/brand and prompted me to go to a competitor and different office, and even though it's about 30 miles out of the way- the service (as in phone manner and how you are treated as a patient), technology, and knowledge of all of the staff is worth it.

In the past I have also had an issue with the office here not answering or returning my calls. I have had more bad experiences than good ones when it comes to dealing with the scheduling/phone staff.

Only one time really sticks out to me where someone actually picked up the phone and helped me with a question and some information I needed and I'm grateful for that person who helped.

The dentists and assistants are usually pretty good although my dental surgeon was about an hour late for my procedure at a point.

1 star for the dentists and assistants and the fact that they usually do decent-to-grear work

1 star for the experience I had with the employee who actually helped me when I needed something important and didn't have a horrible attitude....I wish I could remember her name.

Other than that...highly unrecommended. If you have the option to go somewhere else, that's probably a better option.

It’s really unfortunate that Dr. Reid couldn’t finish what he started in my mouth but I wish him the best b/c he’s the best! However,I wish I could have kept his assistant Angel b/c she brings me comfort and if you guys can put me back with her that would be cool. I’ve been coming there for 10 yrs. now w/ a 45 min. commute and this next procedure will determine it all!

Front desk and especially check out employees not good customer contact people. Unfriendly and answer in very short sentences as if they couldn’t be bothered. Hygienist very nice and personable but cleaning was very uncomfortable and very different from my visits with my prior dentist. Water was always available at arms length but not in this office. It was uncomfortable and hard to keep swallowing salt solution. New dental plan did not accept previous dentist. Will be looking for different dental solutions. The hygienist is the only person that was excellent but not the procedure.

Dr. Woodrick and his team were pleasant and professional during my care. They made sure that I was comfortable all while getting my cavity filled. Admin insured an affordable rate for my care and making appointments was easy. Great job guys!
