Brittany at the front desk is awesome, she always makes you feel welcome, she shows understanding and cares for her patients. Lesley is great as well, she sit down with me and explained the treatment plans, she was so kind and sweet. Amy the office manager, she is such a great person she understood my needs, and helped me with getting my appointments scheduled. They staff here has an overall great experience, when you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, even when you get to the dental chair, they’re so kind and sweet! Josie my dental hygienist was amazing! She was sweet and had great bed side manner! Overall 10/10!! I highly recommend! Thanks Aspen Dental!! ♥️❤️♥️

My experience at Aspen Dental was awesome ! The two front desk clerks( lady with the dreads) and Ms. Leslie specifically went out the way to make sure my grandmother had all she needed. The nursing staff as well along with the doctors are all awesome !! I will be most definitely recommending this facility to all my family and friends. Keep up the great work Apsen Dental Tuscaloosa!!!

Janelle was so warm and thoughtful from the very first time I came in contact with her. The nice young lady who told me all about my teeth and gums and gave me a dental plan she explained it so well. My doctor was so sweet and honest she let me know in a kind way that things were poor but we together can get me back to a great smile. I was so happy when I left even the checkout receptionist and team were so helpful and loving. I love their customer service and I love Aspen Dental too.

I hate to do this but I was treated very unfairly. I made a mistake with the financial part by putting the writing info down as far as how much I get paid and was told I couldn't fix it. I was rushed out the door with no prescription and my mouth is swollen. Oh and I was lied to about my tooth that I wanted to take with me. So thanks Aspen Dental
Also the visit earlier before getting my tooth pulled everyone was very nice but I'll have to find another place.

From the moment I walked through the door. The friendly at the front desk was over whelming. In the bigwigs X-ray area fantastic shooting through the bullseye ant say enough . The lady doing the explaining every thing own the screen magnificent. The lady who did the teeth cleaning was great.

I read a lot of the reviews before I went. I was a little concerned at first, but I needed an immediate appointment. They were able to work me in the schedule in 1 day. In the first few minutes of being there I was at ease. In my experience all the staff were welcoming, friendly, and sincere. They did not try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. They laid out my options, discussed pricing, and let me choose what was going to work for me. I felt I received treatment that was above my expectations. They took time to explain things and listen to my concerns. I did not wait long at all. Overall I was very satisfied and will continue to visit this location.
