Dr Sullivan and staff are very friendly. Dr Sullivan takes the time and explain thoroughly the details of how your treatments are going to be. She gives you the option of how you want to proceed. Being an elderly lady at 80 years old, you would think I could go to any doctor, dentist, etc and have no fear....NOT! I still have that uncomfortable feeling. However Dr. Sullivan and her staff changed that for me. They made me feel comfortable from the time I entered their door. She and her staff greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. They explained the entire procedure from the beginning to the end. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I left the office with a new attitude.
