I’ve been using Dr. Dandridge for dental work for several years but recently started taking advantage of her esthetician services. She and Brandy are amazing! They always understand exactly what I’m trying to achieve and make it happen! They are quick, efficient, friendly, and most importantly—make you feel comfortable while producing results. I feel 5 years younger every time I leave Dr. Dandridge’s office! I literally had Botox at noon and was back at work by 1:00 with minimal discomfort or evidence that I had spent my lunch break getting injections all over my forehead. Not a bad way to spend a lunch hour!

Strictly money hungry & rude w patients. Teeth cleanings always been good but I made the mistake trusting them to do my root canal and crown procedure & the whole process I wish I didn’t do with them as it went down hill as soon as I paid. They stopped by procedure mid root canal, had me waiting 3 hours because they realized they made an error with my insurance and sent me out without completing treatment. Like who does that to people, shouldn’t even have started it from the get go. Whole process went down hill from there and took monthsss because crown had to be remade as they couldn’t get that right either so good luck. Even the crown they put in now is made too long and they said they would adjust at my cleaning and I showed them my concerns twice that day & the Dr just left out the room without addressing the one concern I came in there with.

Britney also mentioned how they are trying to go “only self payment options and not deal with insurance anymore because they tired of dealing with it & talking about it with patients.” Which completely shows in their work.

If I could give more stars I would! This is our second time going and Ashley was so great with my daughter, I am beyond blessed to have had the experience that we have had with this dentist. The amazing energy and care and comfort that was provided for my child is all hands down the best. Thank you for everything.

The staff is amazing, I was a bit worried because I haven't been to the dentist since 2015 and the VA makes it extremely hard to get quality care. They are one of the only place I found that takes VA insurance and am extremely thankful for the team actually standing behind supporting our troops.

Exceptional service. Love the staff. Dr D is caring and cares about individual needs. My daughter has autism and it takes a while for her to get used to people and places. Dr D’s staff is wonderful with my daughter . Brandy cleans her teeth and is phenomenal with my daughter. They go the extra! Great dentistry practice!

Received exceptional services at Dandridge dental family dentistry. Everyone from front desk to overall staff was delightful and alluring. Tatiana was very easy going and super helpful at the front desk. Thanks to her for a speed check in and check out process. My dental hygienist Hayden was proficient and very professional. Hayden and Dr.Johnson was exceptional at explaining and informing me on my dental plan and future procedures.Overall great experience and visit! Highly recommended.
