Dr Alvarez and her staff are always professional when I bring my four kids in for dental care. The office is always clean and welcoming. The staff go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed. Dr Alvarez has continued to provide the best care to my children’s dental needs for over ten years. She is personable and also very knowledgeable about all things regarding pediatric dental concerns. My kids love her and the staff!

I love the staff and Dr. Alverez! Everyone is so kind and supportive. My little guy doesn’t do well with the instruments and sound of the drills, but Dr. Alverez and her team has a gentle approach to getting him to cooperate and made him feel safe. We drive from Saint Augustine to continue care for them because you can’t fin anyone who knows your child’s likes and dislikes. A thousand percent recommend.

During our vacation at a lake house, over 6 hours away from home, our daughter experienced a traumatic dental injury to her two front permanent teeth. In our moment of panic, Dr. Alvarez was our first call, and we are beyond grateful that she was. Despite the late hour, she answered our call and guided us through the next best steps to ensure the best possible outcome.

Dr. Alvarez took the time to calmly review photos we sent from afar and walked us through all our options. She went above and beyond by finding the closest endodontist willing to see our pediatric patient after hours, something I understand is quite rare and challenging to arrange, especially during someone's vacation.

We couldn't have received better care while being so far from home during such a scary situation. Dr. Alvarez not only ensured we received the proper care that night, but also followed up the next day and the following week to check on our daughter's recovery and our well-being. Her dedication and compassion are truly remarkable.

Dr. Alvarez has always been incredible with our three children, making them feel comfortable and even look forward to their dental visits. If you're searching for a pediatric dentist in Jacksonville, Dr. Alvarez should be your first call. She is worth the drive from any area!

Dr. Alvarez and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Going here was more than just a dental appointment but an experience! My 6 year son has ASD and he was very anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Alverez made him feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is truly heaven sent! I would highly recommend especially if you have a child with special needs.

My 4 year old daughter's first Dentist appt. Our scheduled time was at 1pm. Got there 15 minutes early and the door was locked. They didn't unlock the door until 1:05pm. Said they were in meeting. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very kid friendly. Let you watch your child on video with the iPad while they were in the room with the dental assistant and doctor. Journee had a great first dental experience. I definitely would recommend this place for you pediatric dental needs.
