Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any service done even though I spent close to two hours at the office.

I came for a check up and then was asked if I could stay for a cleaning which I agreed to and waiting 30 minutes for the cleaning. Then following an exam, they told me that the cleaning they plan to do is going to cost me money even though my insurance covers bi-annual exam and cleanings. The hygienist couldn’t explain to me why it would cost me and saying things like I don’t deal with money so they had to get the office owner in and after a while it was explained to me and I agreed to it. However, the hygienist didn’t want to do it at the time even though I waited for 90 minutes because (I assume) she did not want to stay late. They were trying to get me to come another day but I’ve already pushed meetings to be there during a work day. The secretary was very nice to give her credit and was apologetic.

I wouldn’t go back to a place that doesn’t respect your time and that their employees need to get the boss in order to explain why they’re charging you for something you were not told you would be charged. They lost 2 patients in one day.

Dr. Christian is the Best! Very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes her time and explains every detail of what she is doing and why. Her equipment is state of the art. The office staff is always friendly and polite. Her office is very nice and very clean. I wish I had known about Village Dental Group sooner. Thank you for the best treatment ever!

My name is Sylvia Hall and I was seen and treated so wonderfully by Dr. Trevor Simmons the implant specialist. If I could sum it up in one word on how great Dr Simmons treated me, he made sure I was feeling okay from beginning to end throughout my entire procedure my word of choice would be
PHENOMENAL! I am forever grateful to him, he did such a wonderful job his bedside manner is the best.. I am already referring friends and family to them and so happy with how my implants turned out.. I am forever grateful to him, his knowledge, his patience and his personality, everything he has done for me is top-notch and on a scale of 1 to 10 I rate him ?..
And as for Dr. Christin, well she is the brilliant Doctor that implanted my teeth and she did a Outstanding job.. She is a God-send and I love the work she has done & brought the smile back to life and Ihave definitely recommended both of them to all my friends and family.. I don't know how to Thank them for restoring my smile making this lady feel like a million dollars with my million dollar smile ?

This was my second appointment with Dr. Christian and her staff. Dianna, the technician/hygienist, was efficient and personable. She clearly explained the x-rays and the recommended procedures. I was kept informed on pricing and scheduling. They provided me with the bills needed to obtain reimbursement from my insurance company (some dental practices do that for you). There are wonderful paintings on the walls throughout. The waiting room was small and a little dingy. A new paint job and a carpet would improve that. This visit, x-rays and cleaning and a quick check by Dr. C, cost me $320. I’m not used to paying that much, but friends told me that’s the going rate these days.
