Best dental experience ever. The staff was top notch very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Pechak was awesome and has a very great sense of humor and great bed side manner. I would highly recommend family and friends to Dr Pechak. My procedure was done in less than an hour and was pain free. I will definitely be keeping perio dental in my contacts.

Dr Pechak is great. I saw him last year for 2 grafts and have to get another one done a year later in another spot. I did not hesitate to use his office again because the first ones went great—I had little or no pain ( even at the graft site), and healed up nicely without issues. I am grateful I found Dr Pechak and he’s in- network with my insurance (Delta Dental) which a lot of people have. But ultimately, Dr Petchak really knows what he is doing and thats’s why I highly recommend him!

First time for me to visit this office, I drove 1 hour to have my appt.with Dr.Pechak. I was greeted with a smile. Every one was pleasant , I felt comfortable and liked the atmosphere. Dr. Pechak was very thorough and asked me many questions and explained the procedure . He took many photos and made my own personal file for the record.He even did a complete head scan of my jaw and and gave me copies of all. I thought it was going to cost much more then it did. I am satisfied I chose this dentist

Eight yrs ago I had implants placed by Dr. P. I returned because I know he does a great job He loves his patients and will help restore your oral health. I return for a gum transfer 😝
I know it will hurt, but oral health is the entrance to overall health to our bodies .. the heart , the brain, the cells .. don’t delay❤️ I can’t afford it either , but it’s not my money, it’s the Lords. He will provide 🙏

Due to not receiving a reply to this email I sent the office, I will share it publicly.

We are grateful for the work your office has done on my mouth. We know that you find pride in your state-of-the-art care. We, unfortunately, have been disappointed through several of our visits and interactions with your office and staff.

We were told that a detailed email would be sent regarding finances and breakdown of care back in December of 2022, and we never received it. Then, I was pressured into having my first surgery in June without anywhere near-sufficient information regarding the process and post-operative expectations (being told "you could lose your teeth if you don't get this done!"). When I was in excruciating pain, no one answered the on-call number given until hours after we tried. It was brushed off.

Then, we had a follow-up appointment (July 14, 2023) where we expressed our disappointment that it was not made clear to us the extent of the work and finances that would be involved in my treatment. We were reassured that we would be sent a detailed email full of financial breakdown, as well as a time that we could proceed with the next treatment.

In December, we received a "random" call saying I needed another appointment. I asked why, and no clear explanation could be given. We hadn't received ANY correspondence regarding a plan of action, which we were promised twice. The EXACT same things were done at that appointment (December 4, 2023), as were done at the July 2023 one (pictures and telling me that your work was great, and that an extensive list of financial expectations and a date for my next appointment would be sent).

We have received nothing. I was also billed for this 12/04/2023 appointment, which we are disputing, because it was completely unnecessary and 20 minutes of time doing exactly what was done in July. We are very disappointed in the service your office has provided. I have severe anxiety from my time there, and it has impacted me physically and mentally.
