Dr. B and her team is incredible, from Megan the hygienist to Maria the dental assitant to Andi the receptionist, this team is kind, caring, patient, and does quality work from start to finish. Dr. B is an artist at work, mixing both art and science to take care of my teeth. She advocates for doing the least amount of work to keep the teeth healthy. My experience at this office was unlike any I have ever had. I don't normally leave lengthy reviews but I will in this case because I am so grateful for my experience here.
Until now I thought that dentistry was a sham and that I was forced to engage with it because I had a problematic mouth. I have never felt at ease in a dental office and I have been in many of them. The dentists I've visited before have been greedy butchers and the receptionists were cruel and discompassionate desk hags. I will never go to see a dentist other than Dr. Boisvert again unless I have to.
Dr. Boisvert's office was spotless and the staff was friendly and kind. From the moment I entered I was treated with respect, compassion and dignity. The doctors assitant possessed a great depth of knowledge herself and was gernerously educative with it. She answered all my questions (I had quite a few) patiently and thoroughly. Dr. Boisvert's demeaner was gentle, she was a great listener and she tailored her advice to my particular needs. It was clear from beginning to end that the intentions of this office were very different than any other I had ever experienced. It was clear that they prioritized service to humanity, professional care and the overall health and sovereignty of their patients. There was no sales pitch, no gas lighting, no sabotaging my health to ensure expensive future visits, none of the usual rigmorale encountered in a typical dental office. This office did not just stand out amidst conventional dentistry. The reviews and research I did of other BioDental offices paled in comparrison to the care I recieved here. It ended up just as the positive reviews I'd read lead me to expect. I walked in terrified with courage and walked out feeling cared for with a new definition of dentistry altogether. I cannot express my relief and gratitude enough.

This is the addendum to my previous post- January 2024: I just got back from the appointment and although the additional work on my teeth feels really awkward and in fact, I cannot chew right now but I know in the end this is all going to be worth it. I guess I won’t be able to chew for six months or so and hopefully that doesn’t lead me to have digestive problems.

I love Dr. Boiscert for being so kind and soft speaking. I have had many seizures in my life that made up with huge damage to my Jeep and so I have to do a whole mouth reconstruction and it’s a lot of money I’m fat and it cost a lot but I just trust her to do the work and we have just started today. I am hoping that this will work out as this has been my lifelong problem

Update: getting more bonding done on my teeth- half way there! So far so good and I feel very positive about the final result

Amazing from the first call. With medical problems it’s never a pleasant experience yet this I can say was the best not only Dentist visit but also the best result ever. Truly grateful to have found BioSmile and Dr Boisvert is definitely my Dentist from now on. Definitely would recommend!!!!!!!!!
