I don't recomend this dentest. I took my son at that dentist to do his cleaning teeth and the doctor hurt my son. The secretary is always in her phone and she is not doing her job. When I have a question the secretary responds to me in a bad way. Don't go to this dentest.

I'm convinced this place is a chop shop for teeth. I went here for a checkup, cleaning, and x-rays after a couple years without a dentist. I'd been having no problems or pain, but they claimed to find 4 cavities and offered me a discount if I booked both drilling and a whitening treatment. I thought that sounded extreme, so I went to another dentist who came recommended, and they examined me plus looked at California Dental's x-rays and found nothing. Checked back with that new dentist 6 months later for new x-rays and still found no cavities. I'm never coming back to this office.

I have been coming to this dental office for years and I am always impressed by their service. Dr. Dan and Angel make a dynamic team! I always feel safe in their hands and I always feel like I smile wider each time I leave their office! Anna- the office manager is incredible. I personally like that she comes to tell you how much everything is before you have the service done. I HATE hidden charges! I’m sure you do too. I have never seen a hidden charge in all my years of coming. My teeth always look great and it’s all because of this office! Thank you for my smiles! 😁🦷✨

The dental care was terrific. Unfortunately, I was very unsatisfied with the myriad of hidden charges and their unpleasant office manager. For example, my insurance allows two cleanings a year with a $20 co-pay. But this office requires a 'visit' charge of $10 and will not clean your teeth without current x-rays. On top of that, they charge a check-up fee. All told, teeth cleaning costs over $60. They would not allow me to have my teeth cleaned without the additional services. I found another dentist who stuck with the fee structure of my insurance company and transferred my account to them. When I requested my x-rays from California Dental, they demanded a $45 fee for copies.

I have never been charged for x-rays before and I've moved many times, requiring me to take my medical records with me.

If money is not important to you, this is a good place.

I have had several treatments and cleanings performed at California Dental Care over the past 3 - 4 years. Every encounter has been very satisfying. The entire staff is very polite, professional, and accommodating, from the front office staff, to the doctor’s support staff, dental hygienist, and assistants, including the doctor himself. I highly recommend California Dental Care for all dental needs.

I hope I had read these comments before my wife selected our dentist! I believe everything you read here is valid. Reception is very impatient and rude. My wife's appointment was scheduled on President Day, which they were not open at all! After 3-4 phone calls later that week I finally got connected and they said there was no appoint for my wife. As for me, I received a letter from them JUST TWO DAYS before my appointment, saying that they refuse to see me and asking me to change dentist. Don't waste your time on this!

Ultimately we stopped going to this office after a third new dentist started (3 dentists in 3 years) and so I wouldn't have to deal with the attitude at the front desk any more. The receptionist was okay sometimes, but often times she was snarky. It stressed me out and I tried to deal with her as little as possible. After getting three crowns my husband started getting food stuck between his teeth. They told him his teeth shifted and he'd have to have more work done to correct the problem. We are now seeing a new dentist, he showed us on an X-ray that two of the crowns had not been properly aligned creating a small gap which is actually why the food is now collecting, ugh!

Great dentist. I liked Dr. Dan and the staff. He did a crown on my lower left molar and I didn't feel any pain. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. Cost was explained clearly before the procedure, definitely will come back. A big thumbs up!
