This use to be a good dental office. The last 2 times I have been here. We had to wait at least 40 minutes to be seen. First time we just left. Second time, waited for ortho consult, 40 minute wait. Orthodontist saw us for 3-4 minutes. Then we were told insurance person would be in shortly, waited 15 minutes and nothing. So frustrated we just walked out. I'm sorry I don't want to be treated like cattle waiting to be slaughtered. An appointment needs to be treated as an appointment. Not a time to get in line and just wait. Time to find a new Orthodontist and dentist.

Could not correctly fit a partial, paid $1600 cash, 3 years ago. Still begging for my money back. Called corporate office said would be contacted for refund a week ago. Keep trying to call, but they don't answer (corporate). How much money do you think they have made out of holding my money for 3 years? Office people are extra rude and told me to leave after I was told via voice mail to bring the partial back for a refund. I did that and they refused to give me a receipt for leaving the partial and said nothing about my refund. DO NOT GO THERE

I have a over payment a payment ,and now this company has been given me the runaround they keep on redirecting me to the office I go to visit , this dental company is no good the want to collect and when I overpaid, now I’m in debt what a circus there no help please be aware people this company and all the offices are crooks

Saw Dr Manali Zadeh at the Buena Park office in march was there for check up and 6 month cleaning after the X-rays were done the Dr came in and explained that I needed some rework on some old root canals she never looked in my mouth after she explained the treatment I would need she started to walk out and I said I need my cleaning she walked out and said oh you need a deep cleaning she NEVER probed or measured my gums she just decided with no exam I needed deep cleaning. I called the previous office manager when I got home and told her what happened she rescheduled me with another Dr after the office kept rescheduling my appointment without my knowledge I showed up yesterday for the appointment I scheduled when I got there they told me my appointment was the 23rd I said I didn’t make that appointment and no one told me so I went down there for nothing . I asked to speak to the office manager which was different then the one I spoke to in March they have a very high turnover of employees at this office. The office manager was so rude in helpful and had an attitude. I told her she should lose the attitude and she actually said I don’t have an attitude if I did I wouldn’t be helping you Really ? Then I found out the Dr falsified information in my chart she wrote in it that she did the exam which she did not I also think they billed my insurance company for cleaning and X-ray which is insurance fraud. I will be calling the dental board to report the Dr and the office. Do yourself a favor don’t go to this office. Besides they are always double booked and your appointment means nothing as you never get called in at your scheduled appointment I’m usually waiting at least a half hour plus before being called.

I came to the office of Ontario last month, this for regular check up , x rays results: need a deep cleaning and a one infill missing, that’s all I need
schedule treatment for two weeks, due they need insurance approval for the treatment, I request a print of the approval needs and total cost of request approval was over $12,000.00
Requesting dental surgical 4 quads and $2900 each, at the end infill and deep cleaning total $ over $12,000.00 I have the print what’s going on ?

North Hills office is horrible. They treat seniors terribly. First my father has his primary care MD fax the medical authorization in on West Coast's form with the office fax number. They said they didn't receive it. Then the office staff says "we don't have time to look at the faxes we recieve." They forgot to take the balance of payment from my elderly father at his office visit and then call and demanded at night immediate payment. When he asked them for a breakdown and invoice for what is owed she said she would email it and wanted immediate payment to close out the month. Office has been reported to Delta Dental regarding the harassment and treatment of seniors.

I was a patient at a former clinic and have been trying to get my dental records released to me. I am aware that West Coast Dental is no longer the ownership group for that clinic, but the new owners do not have access to the "old" records. When I called the number provided to me, the person I spoke with would not allow me to make a grievance and then hung up after making it clear she was irritated by my call. Also, despite the ownership change, my records are within the 6 year limitation and by law they should have my records on file to release to me. It's ridiculous how difficult it is to speak with anyone regarding the matter.

HORRIBLE!!!!l RUN AWAY FROM HERE! This is the worst dentist I ever went to. Horrible customer service. So unprofessional and not helpful. They schedule appointments then they don’t know what it is for. Today I was scheduled an appointment at 2pm waited for an hour then they were ready to see me. Then, they said I needed a dentist appointment first before I saw the orthodontist. I asked for a name for someone from corporate and they refused to give it to me. The office in Hawthorne is horrible and this one is worst!!

11/05/22 I can’t wait to be done with my braces. They scheduled me today and I’m here and now they are saying it was a mistake
