I recently visited Santa Monica Dental and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. It all began with Kelly at the front desk, who is one of the friendliest receptionists I've ever met. Even before my visit, when I called to book the appointment, Kelly answered all my questions thoroughly and ensured I had no further queries before ending the call. This initial interaction already set a positive tone for my visit.
Upon arrival, Kelly continued to impress by walking me through all the necessary paperwork instead of just handing it to me to fill out on my own. This made the process much faster and more efficient. She also offered me coffee and water, and we bonded over our shared love for coffee. Kelly even provided some insider tips on taking a coffee tour in Seattle, which I absolutely loved.
After checking in, I was taken to the room to make impressions for my bleaching trays. Francisco assisted me with this process, and it was clear that he was very experienced. He carefully sized the trays to fit my mouth and took the impressions using a new type of impression clay. Unlike my previous experiences, this clay didn't move at all and didn't make me feel like I was choking. Francisco's expertise was evident in the way he handled the process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout by having me tilt my head forward to avoid any discomfort.
To top off this amazing experience, the clinic played music from some of the best DJs, which happened to be the same music I enjoy. This made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Additionally, they provided me with bleach to use with my old trays while my new ones were being made, allowing me to continue my teeth whitening process without interruption.
Overall, my experience at Santa Monica Dental was absolutely incredible, thanks to the friendly and professional staff, efficient processes, and thoughtful touches that made me feel valued and comfortable.

BEST dentist in LA! Everyone is so kind, Dr. Abhoot is amazing, the office is beautiful and accessible, and Nia is so helpful with anything insurance, payment, and scheduling related. Whole process was so quick and easy and I felt so comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Ahdoot and his team always make an effort to explain everything they’re doing, and they’re great at making you feel comfortable. I especially like that they don’t perform any procedures on you unless necessary. I’ve been to a lot of dentists where it feels like they just want your money. Safe to say this is not that kind of dental office!

I have been seeing Dr. Ahdoot for several years. He has wonderful way of keeping you calm and pain free. I've had several procedures and he and his staff are all wonderful, kind, and accommodating during my appointments. Can't recommend him more . Quality service, reasonable prices and a great team!

ive been to plenty of offices for treatment, this staff is extraordinary. real genuine people that you’d want to spend time with even out of a professional setting. dr ahdoot is the best in LA.

They will make you SICK .They exposed me Radiation with over 50 xray shot. Doctor is disrespectfull. UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE,UNHONEST office

Rude customer service-Front office workers..
Dr is unprofessional not behind his job.
You will have non stop headache toothache. While waiting for the permanent crown. And when your appointment day come up 3 weeks later for the permanent crown. And when you go the the office 8:25. They will say your appointment rescheduled. We did call you when? “Morning” i check my phone and its 8:19. My appointment was 8:30 am.( professional providers if need to cancel or change appointment for next day they will call day before )

They need to call 24 hour before or the day before ). Because of dr need go meeting afternoon. They put someone else on your time so they can make more money. They dont care about your health. Only think they care is the how much money they can take from your insurance and from you..
Xray operator- dental assistance she dont know what she doing. She take xray images 3x more then she suppose to with repeated images. . You will exposed with the radiation.

Incorrect insurance charges. They will try to charges your insurance for treatment they did not provide( for example comprehensive dental exam)

Do not waste your dental health visiting the this office.
Find yourself some other location trustable and professional.
Its was my biggest mistakes , i visited this office and get worse dental experience ever.
