Dr. Chao provided exceptional care for my gum issues. Instead of following another dentist’s recommendation to extract my infected teeth, he offered conservative treatment options to preserve my natural teeth. The deep cleaning procedure was thorough, including comprehensive X-rays and multiple checks to ensure complete cleaning. The staff was professional and accommodating, even fitting me in for an urgent appointment due to infection pain. They offered a cash discount for non-insurance patients. I particularly appreciated Dr. Chao’s attention to detail during my second visit, where he took extra time to ensure thorough cleaning. I’ve scheduled a follow-up deep cleaning in three months for continued care.

Dr. Tom Jew is retiring. Blue Turtle Dental has stepped in to provide superb dental care to Dr. Jew's former patients and new patients as well. Dr. Chao of Blue Turtle recently extracted two molars for me, and the procedure was both fast and painless.
I was frankly amazed! In addition to being highly skillful, Dr. Chao is very personable. I feel completely confident in his ability to handle my dental needs going forward. So I wish a happy retirement to Dr. Tom Jew, and a hearty welcome to Dr. Chao and Blue Turtle Dental!
