Dr. Sharma is really great and I'm so glad I found her. She cares a lot about her patients and is able to be very direct while very kind. She does the dental cleaning herself (I've been to other places where they had dental hygienist do it and the dentist come check at the end) and her attention to details is very evident and admirable. The staff are incredible as well. Can't recommend her enough.

I had been going for treatment to Dr Sharma for last 4 years and have had great experience always. My teeth and gum health improved a lot after I starting following the recommendations and went for regular visits every year to her.

The staff is very friendly and made it very easy to book appointments in advance. They were very responsive to all my questions or rescheduling requests. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great Dentist in the area.

Dr. Sharma is an incredible dentist. I travel an hour from SF down to Santa Clara because of how incredible she is.

Dr. Sharma has always had caring bedside manner, ensuring I understand any treatment and proper hygiene practices.

Even more important, she has never tried to push “doing work” like fillings, crowns, etc. unless necessary. Rather she advises me of sensitive or risky areas to pay attention to and monitors them each cleaning.

I’d recommend Dr. Sharma for bedside manner, honesty, transparency, and comfortable cleanings/dental work.

I do not recommend this business.
I have been going to dental apts there for the last 7 years. Nothing notable in a way or another: No major treatments, just couple of cavities and cleanings, usual friendly small talk about family...
But I just received a "Notice of further service withdrawal". Without other form of explanation. Total mystery..! I just hope they are ok..!
The registered letter was antedated by 45 days...(?)

Not that I will specifically miss this dental service, but I am not used to this practice of being kick out from a business with no explanations. And it's time consuming to look for a new one.

I cannot find any reasons other that I questioned a new charge (that I paid) for preventive medicine (that should be free by law, but all Ins companies now push doctor to change the code they have been using for year to charge for the same exact thing like X-Ray).
No big deal as I feel we should always politely question our invoices.
I only 1 "missed" appointment in 7 years. (And actually not missed because not confirmed).
The reason might be that that the new insurance in my employer plan is not paying a much as other.
No clue!
I do not recommend this business. But they might not need new customers anyway as they are reducing hours and kicking clients out..

I hate the dentist; Dr. Vrushali R. Sharma is a class of her own. I went for a routine clean up (and I have not been to the dentist in a very long time due to past very bad experiences) and she completely changed my perspective about a dentist. She was so gentle and caring about my comfort, I literally fell asleep in her chair. She put me at such a relaxed state I was shocked. I did have to go back for a filling and once again, I was relaxed enough to fall asleep (during a filling that's unheard of!). She is very caring about her patients and it shows. I wish I could see her more often than every 6 months! Highly recommend!!
