This was my first time writing a review, and I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional experience I had with Dr. James Lee and his team. Dr. Lee's meticulous attention to detail and his warm, empathetic approach deeply resonated with me. He truly understands and cares for his patients, and that level of care made a lasting impression. The examination room exuded a bright and welcoming energy, and every member of the staff was remarkably kind and professional. This practice gave me an incredible sense of stability and comfort, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

It’s always a pleasant experience when I go to the dentist office. It’s very clean and modern appearing. The dentist is great. He’s always engaging in small talk which puts you at ease when you go to the dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and they always do their best to try and warm up, the water since cold water seems to really trigger my teeth.

Best dentist ever! As a person who is afraid of needles, I feel so relax to come to see doctor Lee for filling treatment. He made sure my teeth were numb with numbing gel thoroughly before he put the needle in. So I barely felt the pain. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lee and his team are excellent professionals. One of his hygienists, "Sush," is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is very, very thorough in cleaning your teeth. She is also sweet and kind in her manner, explains everything well, and checks in during cleaning to make sure you are comfortable. This office has all the latest equipment so makes the cleaning efficient and x-rays easy. I was having trouble getting the information from Delta Dental for billing, but Dr. Lee understood and let me come in and work it out after the appointment - which I did. I had thought I might have to reschedule the appointment but he trusted me which I appreciated!

I love The Smile Company. Everyone is super friendly and compassionate, and Dr. Lee is a wonderful, patient dentist. I've always dreaded going to the dentist but don't feel as worried coming here. They were very helpful when I had a cavity during the early days of the pandemic, and have been helpful and supportive since then. Dr. Lee provided jaw exercises for me when I mentioned my jaw was sore, worked with me to help me get a custom mouth guard, and takes the time to listen to my tooth and mouth problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Santa Clara.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee and his team for four years now, nearly 5, and I can't recommend them enough. Empathetic and friendly and efficient!!
