What an amazing team!!! Great customer service. Thank you Dr. Pearce for all your help. Your team has change my life. Shoutout to Mayra for walking me step by step and positive energy. Today I found my new hygienist, Amber. She makes sure your calm and makes the time fly. Lastly Gina for always welcoming me with a fabulous smile. Great job team. Keep in mind I drive 1 hr away. That should explain how good they are.

I recently visited a new dentist (Linda Pearce DDS) my wife started going to and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The office was modern and spotless, reflecting their commitment to hygiene. My dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. The dental work was thorough yet gentle, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I left with a brighter smile and confidence when they were done. They do everything you need in house so no need to wait for future appointments for crowns to arrive from somewhere else. They do it all which is everything you can ever ask for.

I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs. I found the dentist I've been looking for.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I do feel compelled to write about my experience with Dr. Pearce today.

I have always been one to agree with any doctor recommendations, however since I became pregnant I have been extremely cautious due to medical reasons. I did not feel comfortable with a treatment Dr. Pearce recommended due to the fact that I had no knowledge of what the treatment would be and how safe it is during pregnancy, something I would have loved to discuss with my OB prior to doing.

When I explained I was hesitant and would like to wait until my next appointment, her demeanor and professionalism changed greatly. Instead of being understanding that I’m just being cautious because of my pregnancy, she instead completely disregarded my concerns and became rude. It was honestly very uncomfortable.

This is not how you treat any patient.

Her demeanor seemed to have also carried over into my husband’s appointment as well, which followed mine. She did not speak to him at all and did not provide any updates about his oral health, as dentists do during a cleanup. Extremely unprofessional.

Gina the receptionist is a treasure! She's kind, very willing to work with you and very welcoming. Tiffany who was my hygienist is very thorough and conscientious in her care. She is very knowledgeable and is very willing to share information with you about how to best protect your teeth and get the most out of your flossing. I was quite grateful for the information and for her thoroughness. And Dr. Pierce...she is a very capable dentist, a kind person and easy to work with. I appreciate everyone there and have been going there for years. The staff are great... all of them!

Dr Mahallati was amazing, and the staff more than friendly and attentive. Hate dental work, however, they find a way to ease my anxiety and pain. Strongly recommend for anyone to visit them. Gina , at the front desk is by far one of the most genuinely kind hearted persons that I’ve ever met.

Love Dr. Pearce and her office staff. I have been a patient at Bay Dental since November 2022. Each and every staff member is personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Pearce is amazing; my teeth have never looked or felt better. I trust her implicitly. She is by far the best dentist I have had work on my teeth.

Visited Bay Dental for the first time yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed by how friendly and professional they all are. Samantha is a treasure! My appointment went smoothly and I was prepped for a crown. My highest recommendation goes to everyone on the staff!
