I’m not sure why this place has any bad reviews, everyone here is absolutely amazing. From the woman in reception, to the nurse and the doctors/anesthesiologist! They took great care of my son. Provided us with the best treatment for him and we were greeted and treated with respect the entire time. If your child needs work on his/her teeth, this is the place! Great experience overall

Sad to say I had a poor experience here from the reception to the office manager even the dr who ended up suggesting I go get a 2nd opinion, thank you for shooing me away. My son ended up not needing half the work you said done! Spending my $$$ at a practice where he doesn’t need a ton of crowns but also NO sedation, NO baby root canels, NO SILVER TEETH!

From scheduling to post surgery this place is AMAZING. The front office staff is so easy to work with in regards to getting clearance forms and other information from referring dentists. They even called the day after to make sure everything went well the rest of the day/night. Post surgery day 1 today and my daughter has NO pain or discomfort.
We had to go there because my child had severe anxiety about dentists and the nurse made her feel so comfortable. I am in awe of Dr. Rosie and how well she explained everything and made sure any and all questions I had were answered thoroughly and in a way I could understand. My child also was very comfortable around her and let her take her vitals and perform her job at her best. The fact that they do not leave my child unattended while under general anesthesia is a huge relief.
Her recovery was easy and she was ready to play a few hours after. (Even though we didn’t let her! We made her rest)
Thank you to all the staff, especially the dental surgeon Dr. Rosie, the anesthesiologist, and the back office nurse for everything!

The nurse, anesthesiologist and dentist could not have been nicer to my 3 yo who has Autism. Every step they took, they kept in mind that both he and I were comfortable. Communication throughout was excellent as well. I felt that they cared about my boy as much as I did! A clean, professional, compassionate practice. Im only giving this place 4 stars because we visited twice and each time had to wait for 1 hour before being seen. Otherwise I am very happy with this place. It's a hole in the wall but still very clean inside. The receptionists we're very friendly and informative. I am mostly impressed with and very happy with Dr. Anderson. She is the anesthesiologist. She was so good with my little boy. Very empathetic. She was just perfect. The docord was nice to. Explained everything very well. I would recommend this place.

I took my son for the first time and at first I wasn’t really sure about this place but the staff is really nice!! They were very friendly and attentive to my self and son! I would definitely go back if my son ever neeed more treatment.
