Keisha and Dr. Meg were as friendly as can be and made my kids feel comfortable and relaxed. Keisha even had a brief snow ball fight with us. We always love our experience and the staff at On the Cusp.

Once we got in the back of the house we had a little bit of a wait but the conversation with the dental hygienist was delightful, she really made my day in a big way!! Telling me stories of being scared of heights, her energy took me to exactly where she was!! Now for the review…..this place is 1000% amazing! I have a superhero for a child and well, she gets nervous and these people have been so sweet and kind and loving to my sweet girl for years!!! I mean at first all we did was make an appointment and go in and NOT sit in the big chair and over the years she has really come to look forward to going to the dentist!! She absolutely loves getting in the CAVITY FREE club every time!! I’m mean we’re not over achievers or anything but who wouldn’t want to be in that club!! They are the most positive dental office I’ve ever been in!! Thanks for being as awesome as my awesome girl!! We had to celebrate by going out to lunch!!

Best experience ever!!! My son has ADHD and some high sensitivities with his mouth and being touched but the staffed worked so well with him. They took their time and explained everything so well. They were so patient and kind with him, I’m so so glad we have found an amazing dental office prior to our bad experience at a previous office. He had so much fun and it ended with a positive experience for his future return!
Update: we met the founder and owner of On the Cusp when my son had to do dental surgery for some cavities. It super sucked having to put him under anesthesia but knowing that the doctor who runs the dentist offices would be doing it made me so much more confident. He was patient and kind, explained everything in great detail and made my son feel comfortable with the surgery. We are happy to be continuing his future teeth care with this office!

Dr Chelsea and her staff were absolutely incredible! They got my daughter in fairly quickly and treated her like the little princess she is. They were great at explaining everything to not only me, but to my daughter as well. She was very nervous to go in, but opened up with the lovely nurse who showed her all the tools and talked her through each step of the appointment. 10/10 recommend and will hopefully be seeing Dr Chelsea regularly from now on! She gave us a 2nd opinion after dental depot scared me into thinking my 3 year old would need surgery and silver caps...she needs no treatment at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called around many places looking for a dentist for my kids. I called them and I asked if they were in network with my insurance. They said "yes, we accept "my insurance". Cool, awesome. Scheduled a cleaning. Didn't have to pay then. My child needed some more extensive work, so we scheduled that. They gave me an estimate for my out of pocket, never said anything about my insurance not being out of network.. I paid my portion up front. The procedure was done. 2 months later I get a bill and it's showing my insurance was in fact not in network like they led me to believe. I called many times and they refused to do anything to help. Offered a 10%discount after I had already paid them so much and my insurance paid a little bit. Why on earth would i willingly go some where that was out of network for my insurance Was told many times if an agreed amount wasn't decided I would be sent to collections. They don't care they are screwing people over. All the want is money. After sharing my story about this place, I've realized I am not alone in this and they have done thing on many different occasions with other families. I hope this review is helpful for others. They never tried to make it right or even act like they cared.

I have five children, three of which have been seen and treated by Dr. Chelsea at On the cusp and they all love her very much. She's super gentle and extra sweet. We love our experiences there.
