The folks that work here are nice and do good work. The billing is messed up. Have Delta dental PPO, and front desk says 3 cleanings a year. I scheduled 3 yet get billed for 1 because the doctor examined me 3 times in a year. I say I don't need him to examine 3x just give me a cleaning with 2x examine (what insurance covers). No can do, every cleaning comes with a doctor examine. This is contrary to what front desk tells me when I scheduled the cleanings. Seems like they want to just bill bill bill.

Cherish that extra $37 dollars you got out of your patient, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Be warned, this dental practice will tell you you're covered (after validating insurance) only to add extra services.

My first visit was today. Had x-rays and total exam by Dr. Sheng. The office staff is amazing, I was so comfortable. When I left the office I knew I had found a new dentist. Will be going back for a cleaning soon. Thank you Dr. Sheng and staff.

I've had a preliminary appointment, a filling and now six months later a second cleaning. The office staff is well-organized, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sullivan provided excellent and painless dental care. Natalie was both thorough and efficient cleaning my teeth. Everyone was wonderful. I would greatly recommend their services. My mother, now in her 90s, has been a patient of Dr. Sheng’s since he first started his practice in South Shores. Last year, she needed a front tooth root canal. An appointment was immediately scheduled, and the treatment was promptly and wonderfully managed through the entire process. A cosmetically unnoticeable crown was provided.

The Best dental office ever! I’ve been a patient in this office since 1980! The front office staff are very friendly & so sweet! The hygienist are all top notch as well. They do such great work and you teeth feel so smooth and clean after your visit! The dentist are the Best!!! They are very caring and they don’t try to up-sale you on treatments either. They are very fair & honest. They all have a very gentle approach as well. They are friendly and fun, professional all the while! The office is really clean always has a fresh scent as well! Just had the best experience with Dr. Sheng and his staff. Came in a couple of weeks ago for a cleaning which was quick and painless. Unfortunately for me, Dr. Sheng found a cavity that needed to be taken care of sooner rather than later. The front office staff helped me schedule a follow up appointment and I was back in the dentist chair a couple days later. I'm not going to say I had fun, but Dr. Sheng made it as pleasant and painless as possible which says a lot. Thumbs up!

Greetings, Normally I don't write reviews, yet I feel compelled to do so simply because it is well deserved. Over the course of a few years and after some "not so good" experiences at other dentists, I have finally found a competent and caring dental practice in Dr. Martin and Sheng. I go in and come out with the sense that they all have my well being as a priority. I am impressed with their conscientious and upfront approach each and every visit. The entire staff is kind and helpful. If you are searching for a safe and trustworthy dentist, this is the place to go!
