I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Qaisar. OMG! She was the absolute best!! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Qaisar is an absolute gem—knowledgeable, gentle, and meticulous. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was completely at ease.

What really stood out was the level of personalized care and attention to detail. Dr. Qaisar went above and beyond to ensure that my treatment was not only effective but also as pain-free as possible. I've had some anxiety about dental visits in the past, but that was completely erased by her.

After my treatment, I walked out with a brighter smile and a renewed sense of trust in dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Qaisar to anyone seeking top-tier dental services. You won't be disappointed!

Terrible just absolutely terrible. Today was my third time in the office thinking I was gonna have work done. 1st was a consultation for braces where they just talked about $$, the second visit was x-rays and poking just to tell me I need more work before I can get braces aka more $$, today was my third visit, and I was thinking I was finally going to get all my work done, but they somehow don’t have my insurance on file and tell me I need to reschedule or pay the $$$$$$ to be seen. Absolutely never going back I’ve wasted 3 months here (1 visit a month to get everything lined up). the front desk is super rude too every single visit she looks grumpy and not put together, I’m 3 months pregnant and even I can do better/ act nicer.

COVID Safety: I really love the safety they take to make sure everyone stays healthy. I was nervous to come to the dentist in a pandemic so I called ahead and asked them a bunch of questions about what safety procedures they take to make sure patients do not get sick; they took the time to explain things to me. Basically you check in then wait in your car until you are called to come inside. As of today (12-30-21) they also do let some patients sit in the waiting room but you have to wear a mask. A mask has to be worn all the time except for when they tell you it is okay to take it off (for x-rays and dental cleaning).

Experience: the front desk staff and all employees are super nice and helpful. I really like this dentist office. For a cleaning today I was in and out in 40 minutes.

Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff were simply amazing! From check-in, treatment, to check-out, everyone was so kind, compassionate, professional, and competent. I had my first root canal, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to educate me on the process. He was so patient and supportive as I do have dental anxiety. You can really tell when a professional is really passionate about the wellbeing of their patient. 10/5 stars, highly recommend! He did an excellent job with my procedure too!

Zoe and the rest of the staff at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful with setting up appointments and talking to my insurance provider. Zoe made sure I was comfortable and explained everything I would be billed for thoroughly.

The office uses state-of-the-art imaging tools. When I met with Dr. Dexter Nguyen, he pulled up the images on a large screen and educated me on the type of procedure he would be performing. It felt nice to be informed before going through with it.

Dr. Nguyen is truly a gifted dental surgeon. He is meticulous in his work, is caring, and is extremely thorough. He and his assistant, Marisol, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

After having a string of bad luck with other dental offices in the area, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nguyen and his team at Escondido Dental Group.

Dr.Nguyen and his staff are amazing. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain everything and describe his plan of care he has for me.
