Dr Jang and Associates have been my dental provided for many years now. While visiting the dentist is not on my short list of fun things to do, the experience here is always positive. Yesterday Dr. Johnson and Jennifer replaced a crown for me. They were both so friendly and professional and caring and made the procedure almost enjoyable. My wife and I are loyal patients and recommend this practice.

There was a time when a toothache was a nightmare but going to the dentist was worse. No more. Since I discovered Dr. Jang's office, I've stopped worrying. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant and comfortable. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, from the normal hygienist appointment (Becky is a sweetheart) to the way the rest of the office goes into action when a big piece of filling comes out of a front tooth. Apart from a little discomfort from numbing the tooth, I could probably have slept through the whole process, except when I needed to open wider or rub the repaired tooth against the lower one to help them shape the repair to match. Altogether a quick, painless morning and a nicer smile.

Dr Jang and his office is AWESOME! Everyone is so friendly. I have been going to Dr. Jang for years, partly through my late teen years, then life changed for me (benefits and my employment) I stopped going to him. Went to another dentist for convenience reasons (I worked in the City), and I did not like that dentist. When I got married (in 2009), my benefits change and immediately I thought of Dr. Jang and how great he was. I ran back to Jang. And boy, I am glad I did. He remembered me too! After all those years!

I referred my husband to see Jang too, and was VERY pleased with everything - Jang, his Associate, the staff. They all know him and adore him. Hubby makes them happy because they make him happy.

Dr. Jang's admin staff is great too, they really work throughly with the insurances to make sure our dental work is afordable. They have a great referral plan too!

If anyone has anything bad to say about Jang and his staff, something might be wrong with them because, the friendly staff, the professionalism, the years of experience Dr. Jang has, is well worth the visits. What I appreciate the most about Jang, and that he really takes his time with me. He's very personable, and that is very important.

Only negative thing I would say is I hate that the nitrous cost 100 dollars, and won't be covered by my insurance. People like me (w/hyperactive nerves) really need it for major work, I have Fibromyalgia so feel everything being done to me, and it worse than the average person who can take a little pain. The Nitrous w/ the numbing stuff really help die down the pain. Don't know how but it does. Seems like people do not understand that. And that sort of bothers me.

Other than that, Jang & Associates is AWESOME!

I lost a big filling from my tooth! Fortunately, I'm a patient of Dr. Jang's office. In spite of the Covid disruptions, they made a timely appointment for me, examined the tooth and the escaped filling, determined that there had been no damage, and cemented it back in place. Another reason to be thankful for my dentist and his efficient, gentle staff.

i have been going to this dental office for years and i always received an excellent service. Friendly staff & they go above & beyond their customer service. For example: in my last visit two days ago, i need to be referred for root canal to another dentist & behold....they did all the work for me! the staff contacted the referral dentist, set up an appt for me while i'm still at dr. jang's office, they provided the new dentist my insurance info as well as gave me my reminder note in case the referral dentist does not provide an appointment reminder. where can you find such excellent service like that. Normally, other dentist or doctor's office will just hand me a referral note & i had to make the call & set up the appointment myself.

Arrived on time. Everyone was masked and friendly although I couldn't see their smiles. Got to work right away, the whole procedure took almost 3 hours. Much attention was given to my comfort and with a little extra anesthetic it was pain free. As warned, my mouth was a little soar, but OK. Thank you, Dr. Jang and Dana for your excellent work.
