I had a great experience at this dental office, however, (for a future appointment) I had called in within the 48 hour time frame to cancel my appointment. I explained it was due to my employer, not being able to give me my schedule in time. Not sure who I spoke to, but she asked me to try to call in the next day to see if I got my schedule then. On the following day, I wasn't able to check in. I called in first thing in the morning on nov. 31st to check in and let them know i still wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I am being billed $123... when I clearly communicated. What strange to me, is they canceled an appointment on December 10 within a 24 hour timeframe... no 48hr notice? I will be stopping by to talk to someone directly.

Had a bad toothache. They were the only dentist that got me in a matter of a few days. Very grateful 🙏

Avoid at all cost. I was a patient of Dr. Beck had some dental work there some cavities fillings, redone, and veneer the following day after having the feelings done by Dr. Beck I went to another dentist Dr. Stewart in San Luis Obispo. She showed me with photos that there were still cavities in the teeth that he just filled, and he left or known as hangers that caused bacteria and that’s what shredding the floss because the fillings were not done properly. I reached out to his office to get a refund with no response so today I will be calling my insurance along with the letter from Dr. Stewart and the photos showing that I was billed for work that was not done correctly. FYI, if you can get into see Dr. Stewart best Dentist on the central coast

Be careful to get what you pay for. They offer and charge for Zoom bleaching then switch the actual product out and use Colgate to save money. I refused to practice dentistry there as a result and was bullied by staff over it!!!
Overall the dentist there mean well but the whole office is under performing and teetering on malpractice.

I love my new forever dentist office. I have anxiety and apprehension of dentists.. This office understands this and makes every effort to make you as comfortable as possible. The office staff is excellent and their customer service skills impeccable.

I've been here before years prior for a crown. At some point, or maybe from years back, I was not told my insurance would only cover partial. Had a teeth cleaning they were insistent I come back the next day to finish the teeth cleaning. 2 months later $208 my insurance didn't cover, for an unnecessary teeth cleaning. I was given no notice that insurance wouldn't cover it. My issue is nobody should be making $400 an hour for a teeth cleaning and X-rays and extorting patients months later. If they over charge, insurance will obviously not cover the difference. Find somewhere else!!!

I can't say enough good things about this dental practice. After recently moving to Paso Robles (and neglecting my teeth for years), I was in search of a dentist to get me back on track. I feel lucky to have found Atascadero Hills Dental. The office is comfortable and inviting. The dental technology/equipment blew my mind and was extremely impressive. The front office staff is very friendly and greeted me by name when I walked through the door on my second visit.

Dr. Nathan and Dr. Preston are professional and treated me like I was part of their family. They have built the kind of practice that should be the model for all dental offices and should be proud of their accomplishments and their staff. They were never rushed, never pushy, never judgy (and given the state of my mouth, they easily could have been). They gave me a variety of options for dental care, and performed what I needed with the level of expertise and care that you hope you'll find, but rarely do.

Beth and Terri are simply amazing.

I've spent my first 53 years dreading going to the dentist. Now I'm actually looking forward to going back.
