Absolutely fabulous Dentist Office, Dr. Wong treats you like an old family friend and the teeth cleaning staff are really funny and efficient and lovely to work with. I hate to get any Dental work done, but this office calms you down with fish tanks, photos of world travel sites, travel videos, continual loops of exciting hot air balloon events, and more exotic countries and their sites, at the treatment seats. Dr. Wongs’ darling family photos are on loops as well and they are wonderful to watch, you feel like you know them! There is a great ambience and lots of orchids everywhere… the whole team is wonderful and kind, as well as very professional and caring, love this office! Dr. Wong took my call once himself on the weekend and helped me with some advice. Thank you Dr. Wong and Company… Victoria Tucker, patient.

I haven't seen a dentist for 7 years because I've always hated the experience. My first visit to Dr. Wong after 7 years has changed that for me. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really has your best interest in mind. What I also value most is the honesty and transparency he and his staff has around what type of work needs to get done what doesn't, pro's and cons for certain procedures, and the risks. To be completely honest, I did not expect this from a dental office. I found it weird but also incredibly refreshing that, out of all the places that I hate visiting, I felt incredibly comfortable with Dr. Wong and his staff. What's even weirder is that I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. How strange is that? I guess that's just the testament of how good this office is. For the first timers reading this, come to Dr. Wong and his staff for your dental work. Yup, it was that good.

This is both a review for today's visit and a long overdue review for the original service 12 years ago!

In summer 2012, I did porcelain veneers for 16 teeth by Dr. Wong (I had tetracycline teeth). I was very happy with the result right away and got many compliments over the years! My teeth are now white and shiny and the color looks very natural too. I couldn't be happier with them.

Fast forward 12 years, last weekend the veneer on one tooth (an inner-most one on upper) fell off. I left a message to Dr. Wong right away to try to get it fixed as soon as possible. In the mean time, except for feeling a little bit weird when chewing and not looking great, there was no pain. So I waited over the weekend.

This morning (Monday) Dr. Wong's office set up an appointment for me in early afternoon. During the visit, Dr. Wong checked my tooth, re-cemented the veneer, and fixed some grinding problem on that side of teeth, which could be what have caused the falling-off of the veneer.

According to both Dr. Wrong and what I have read online, although veneer falling off is pretty uncommon, it does happen, and grinding problem is one of the possible reasons. So I'm not upset at all this happened, instead, I appreciate Dr. Wong fixing it promptly for me for free! And hopefully this won't happen again. 🙂

So for anyone looking to do porcelain veneers for their teeth, I highly recommend Dr. Wong!
