I went in for a consult at the suggestion of my dentist. The reception was pleasant and inviting. I was guided through the registration process with ease. The Orthodontist that saw me was also very pleasant and candid about my situation. We discussed the pros and cons of proceeding down multiple paths, and agreed on a course of action. I felt like my opinion and personal feelings were acknowledged and respected in the decision making process. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends any time.

I got good care at this dental office.

Dr. Kim is a man of few words but I think he's a skilled surgeon. My procedure was very fast and I had almost no pain both during the procedure and afterward at home. I'd expected quite a bit of discomfort so that was a very pleasant surprise. My post-op appointment was last week and my healing is going well. It's too early to say for sure that I'll ultimately have a successful surgical outcome but things are looking good so far.

I also found that the office staff was exceptionally good at explaining the bill, what my insurance would cover and what I'd be responsible for. That's not easy to understand but the staffer figured it out and communicated the information with confidence and accuracy.

Only two things could have been a little better: 1. It can be a little hard to get through to the office on the phone but they always responded to voice mail messages in a reasonably prompt manner. 2. The post-surgery instructions could have been a little clearer. I had a straightforward written instruction sheet but the assistant gave me additional, somewhat stricter instructions and diet restrictions. It would have been nice if the written and verbal instructions were fully consistent.

I was a cash paying patient. The pricing for excellent care was phenomenal. They offered nitrous oxide which was great. It ended up having no effect and they kindly removed the charge from my total bill without dispute. It was the easiest, quickest, most pain free oral surgery I’ve ever had. Wisdom teeth aren’t usually so effortless. I’d absolutely return and I highly recommend.

The receptionist was very rude and not helpful. As there was a discrepancy in the payment, the doctor that I saw for 5 minutes said he didn't know why the referring dentist sent me to him. They charged me $109 for that visit out of my pocket. Left their office in pain. Did not give ime any ideas on how to soothe the gum pain in my mouth. 5 minutes cost $107!!

I was a new Patient with an appointment at 10 AM. I didn’t get seen by the doctor until 10:45 AM. OK Monday morning, I’ll give them that.
The front staff was very nice.
The woman who took me back to the chair, was abrupt and appeared to be in quite a hurry.
Doctor Zaghi, was very condescending. She came in looked at my x-rays, Did some testing on the infected area. She basically told me not to speak that she would ask me very specific questions, then I could talk. Again, did I mention I’m a new patient. In a very short scenario, I tried to tell her why I ended up having a root canal and bone grafting. In so many words, she told me what I had explained would never happen. She had never heard of that happening in her many years of practice (which is exactly what my dentist said. But she wouldn’t let me get that far)
and basically called me a liar. With that said I
obviously just stopped engaging. I should’ve walked out, but I’m a Professional.
I paid my consultation fee and I would never go back and I would never recommend this office.

Dr. Jung Ye was excellent! She has a very soft touch, she informs you of everything she is doing and her post instructions were great. She made a root canal a comfortable experience. Thank you.

Giving 4 stars (would’ve loved to give 5). The doctor I met was great - very friendly, approachable, didn’t rush me, heard my concerns and was empathetic. The assistant who came before her however English quite condescending - spoke like I don’t understand English (I almost thought her racist but I don’t want to judge based just on this one experience).

Dr. Zaghi was excellent. She understood my situation well and explained treatment plan clearly. I truly appreciate her skill and professionalism. Also the receptionist was very helpful and exceptional, so was the dental experience.
