Dr. Liao and her team are amazing. I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past and her and her assistants were so kind, empathetic, and helpful. They’re also very responsive if issues come up. When I had a filling (from another dentist) come out, Dr. Liao got back to me right away to set up a time to get it fixed. Highly recommend!

All the staff are very friendly, genuine and professional. Very honest practice - was told by prior dentist (been with over 20 years) my crown needs replacement. Dr. Liao took a look at the crown and XRay and determined not necessary. Dr. Liao has a very good technique in explaining without being overwhelming.

Dr Liao and her team (shout out to Kat!) are all amazing humans. Warm and personable, caring, helpful and efficient with the random tooth emergency and so great and practical with the day to day maintaining, cleaning, etc. the office is clean and comfortable and feels peaceful. I don’t get the usual dentist anxieties at all! Thank you Dr Kim for always taking care of me, answering my many questions, and for having hands small enough so my jaw doesn’t hurt when I have to have work done on my teeth!! You are the best!

Dr. Kim is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’ve seen plenty of dentists over the years. She is professional, kind and has a gentle touch when she’s working on your teeth. I always look forward to going in (which says a lot because who likes to go to the dentist’s) for my teeth cleanings and other dental work. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is responsive to emails and voicemails. Especially during these Covid times, they have stepped it up with safety protocols and I’ve never felt more assured that their space is clean and sanitized.

I’m very pleased with the care that I received at Dr Liao’s Office. I experienced a dental emergency while eating at a nearby restaurant and she made time for me between her scheduled appointments so that I wouldn’t have to go on with my day with pain in my teeth.
