This place is amazing! All the people that work there are just amazing. I’m a new patient I went in there with really bad pain in wisdom teeth dr. Removed them so quick too he was gentle I didn’t feel a thing . They answer all my questions my concerns I loved it . Already booked an appointment for my daughter, this will be our family dentist from now on ☺️

I recently visited Highland Family dentistry and was very disappointed with the experience. The office manager was extremely rude, which made the visit uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, when I raised concerns about the staff providing misleading information, the Dentist was dismissive and did not take my concerns seriously the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I hope the office addresses these issues to improve their service by hiring better staff.

Used to be great, now too many dental assistants who don't seem to know much. Conflicting information given for care of denture. Price for reline even though it failed in one day. Will be looking for another dentist. This place used to be so much better. Now it's just chaotic.

Went in today to do X-rays so they can be sent to my insurance for my wisdom teeth removal. All the staff there was friendly and kind. There was a bit of a wait due to some technical difficulties, however due to the comfortable atmosphere of the place I didn't mind waiting. After that was fixed everything was finished quickly. I am looking forward to returning to get my wisdom teeth extracted once insurance approves.

Dr. Chiu has been my dentist for the better part of 20 years. He has a very gentle touch especially with injections. During a few years I lived too far to drive to his office, other dentists were unable to match his level of finesse. The office is comfortable and the staff are welcoming. His hygienist doesn't floss aggressively which I appreciate!

Highly recommended!!!! I looked on Google for dentist and this office popped up, I called first asking if my insurance was in network which they are so I was excited for that. I needed an urgent appointment and both ladies at the front team worked and got me an appointment same day (my insurance was called and verified extremely quickly) I received a call back with my copay amount over the phone prior to my appointment time. I got my checkup and antibiotics and scheduled my appointment for my root canal. Now I’ve received my root canal treatment and feeling so much better. I’m very thankful for the helpful staff. The doctor is very informative and helpful. Now to my root canal treatment it was the best work I’ve ever received the doctor was gentle and polite. I was not sore after my jaw did not hurt one bit. I feel like nothing was even done. (Past experiences had me nervous for treatment but coming here was the best decision)

Best Dental experience I've ever had. The doctor cares about you and doesn't treat you like a number. The staff is warm and friendly and welcoming. The most important thing about his practice is that he's professional and gentle; he cares about his patients and how they are feeling during their procedures. I am thankful I found this place. Had all my wisdom teeth pulled w/ no pain. 🙂

I people at Highland Family Dentistry were very helpful. They helped get me financed, and the work they did on me, was completed in 4 days. I thought it would take a few months. This Thursday I will have front teeth again. Thank you to all the Peeps at Highland Family Dentistry. ❤️?
