I had an appointment on 12/16 @ 8 am . I got there on time . Waited I heard the receptionist tell another patient she didn’t have an appointment but she would squeeze her in today while I am still waiting the patient with no appointment was called to the room. Afterwards I was handed a paper to fill out which probably should have been given to me when I came in. It’s 840am and I’m still waiting. Do better than this if I had know it was a first come first serve I wouldn’t have made the appointment . My time is just as important as the lady with no appointment. Might I add that I was the only black person there and wonder if this had something to do with it . I walked out and will find another dental office to go to.

Staff wonderful the kids Ortho Doctor a night mare she has no patience my SON WHO WAS SCARED OF HAVING A TOOTH PULLED AND A ROOT CANAL.DRUGED TIED DOWN AND GAVE HIM A SHOT AND AFTER A COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS 10 minutes after they took him from me to do a root canal just pull 2 teeth out saying all of a sudden they were both infected when they were just fine..then had the nurses tell use to reschedule for a appointment but not at that place cause my son wasn't incorporating..she should be working with kids

I've gotten great dental cleaning from them. I've been coming here for 2 years. I have always been greeted with a smile and it's pretty fast once you are checked in. Professional, Quality, Good service and gets the job done.

The office staff and my hygienist are so wonderful, I feel so welcomed. The care is excellent. I also like that Dr. Massey explains my treatment options so well that I feel I am making the best decisions for my teeth.

I had to share about the experience I had with this practice today. I will be back again as I have quite a long road ahead of me in my dental restoration journey. DR. MASSEY IS OUTSTANDING! I had put off years of dental work out of fear from pain associated with past dental experiences. Today I saw Dr. Massey and let me tell you, I HAD BAD ANXIETY! MY PALMS WERE SWEATY & I WAS SHAKING a little, prior to being seen by Dr. Massey. Traumatized from prior negative dentist visits, I couldn't shake it. Dr. Massey put me at ease. His consultation was quick yet thorough. My nerves were still there right before getting started, I couldn't help it but what helped relax me in the end was that I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING! I HAD A WISDOM TOOTH AND A BROKEN TOOTH EXTRACTED. I FELT NO PAIN, AT ALL! I wanted to hug Dr. Massey and the wonderful dental assistant that took care of me. The dental assistant was there throughout my procedure as well as immediately after the extractions to care for me. She's a star! Thank you wonderful lady!! Everyone here, from front to back office, did an outstanding job. Everything was thoroughly explained to me as well and every single question I had was answered with the upmost professionalism and compassion. I had to leave a review. I'm currently about 2 hours post extractions and I'm feeling great. Nothing other than lidocaine was given and I'm doing just fine. I'm especially writing this review for anyone that has a fear of a dental visit like I did. Fear not! Dr. Massey is the man! Schedule that appointment. Thank you Dr. Massey and this practice for all you do!

No one likes going to the dentist, but this dental office is always a joy to visit. The women in the front office always offer superior customer service. The dentist and hygienists are all friendly, patient and caring. This place is a gem!
