I don't know how this place has hundreds of 5-star reviews. My experience with Dr. Rana and their techs has been great but the front desk staff is terrible at scheduling. My second appointment was cancelled and rescheduled last minute three times and I was beyond frustrated. I decided to give them another chance and scheduled my third appointment. I called one business day before the appointment to confirm but when I showed up, they say I am not on the calendar. I have now taken time off of work to drive to an appointment that was confirmed day before. It is not one person in the office but multiple that have messed up my appointment on numerous occasions. I will not be going back. I am very disappointed with the organization of their staff.

My 12 yo daughter had two cavities done and sealants by Dr.Rana and Sam they are both the best. My daughter felt comfortable and had a good time and Sam made her laugh which made things more enjoyable. The front desk staff and office manager Traci were very nice and accommodating?

Great experience overall! Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable in many practice areas including orthodontics. Michael in hygiene was knowledgeable and gentle. They took their time explaining and I never felt like I was being rushed.
