This was the first time bringing my son to this establishment. The ease of getting an appointment and reminders through text were really convenient. The staff was welcoming and considerate to the toddlers and children . Walking in was a pleasant experience the atmosphere was children-centered and my son had no problem making use of the activities available while waiting for our appointment.

The dental assistant and Dr. Short were very friendly and made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. Im glad i chose this place to bring my son. I am confident his teeth will be well cared for.

We have our regular check up here which is usually fine. I guess the clinic really sucks in scheduling after holiday times! I have 4 kids that they scheduled today. We woke up my 4 kids for nothing!!!! Good thing my youngest is not scheduled today. There are other customers waiting for the Roseville clinic to open too, no one is opening. The clinic is closed. Jan 4, 2025. Simultaneous or back to back 830AM appointment for 4 kids. This is the second year in a row now, they did this to us. Tried calling several times, it is just automated as usual! This will burden our family for rescheduling and squeezing appointments in our family calendar as much as squeezing us all together in the clinic’s calendar! I might as swell find a new dentist clinic for my five kids if this keeps on happening. Cause this caused trouble in 1 of 2 times of our annual visit.

Finding The Force

We just brought our son here for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I can’t believe we now have a dentist office that is so close to home. It was a pleasant surprise to see how empty their office was. They have a awesome waiting room with chairs very well spaced out and a fun Disney movie playing for the kids.
What’s really cool is that the same movie playing in the waiting room is also playing in the chairs for the kids to watch as they’re having their teeth worked on. They even have nice high-quality headphones for them to use.
The office itself was immaculately cleaned and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The dentist was also extremely kind and very informative about our situation. Everyone was great and we look forward to visiting again.

We love this place! Our 7 year old has been going here for 2 years and loves the dental assistant and the doctors. She loves that she gets a balloon and goody bag afterwards. Our 3.5 year old has autism and they were well prepared with a private room and they sang for him when dr did the checkup to make him more relaxed and comfortable. Thanks everyone!

The crew here is incredible! We love Karli, Kim, and Larissa as they always make our daughter feel at ease and at home. Highly recommended!

Our appointment was at 3:00pm and we waited until 3:20 and still hadn't seen the doctor. No one explained why. In fact, the doctors here are very nice and professional. Just hope the time management can be improved.

It was my daughter’s first time at this dental office. The office was very clean, smelled good and all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. My daughter was very comfortable, smiling the whole time and said she loved it there. Best dental experience we’ve had.

Karli was more than amazing my daughter has had issues with teeth cleaning and the dentist in general but Karli made her super comfy and was just the best…we actually switched locations from galleria to blue oaks because of some issues over there from the dentist and nurses but our first visit here was better than all the visits there we will be coming here from now on thanks karli
