Me and my family went to this office years ago and as far as I could remember staff were extremely friendly and helpful to all my families needs. But in the recent year I've called this office multiple times and left too many voice-mails regarding important concerns of my families records/needs / questions and I can't seem to get through to anyone to actually resolve my concern as a patient. It should not take a year and im wondering if anyone elese is experiencing this same problem?..Does anyone know if the hours and number advertized is correct because they don't seem to answer their phones or return voicemails at all which is stressful. Please let me know thank you. .

I have been coming here for years. I always have a great experience. Recepcionist are so nice and the doctor explains everything very well. The place is very clean and updated. Wait time for me is very minimal, but then again I am an early bird and always choose the 1st appointment available in the morning and show up on time to avoid delay. All my dental work here has been amazing. I've only had fillings and cleaning with no problems. Will definitely continue to come here.

I went here after not going to the dentist for a few years, j was in the took x Ray's everything was fine. The doctor asked why I was here I said I had some concern with bad breath and I wanted to get braces. He told me it's from the food I eat, idk how that makes sense but ok. He said I needed a cleaning before any work and I said ok went to the front for a plan, was quoted about 400 for a cleaning when my insurance covers cleaning, I called my insurance and gave them the codes they were trying to bill and my insurance rep said they are not going by what is covered in my benefits. The doctor did not seem to concerned or friendly. So I will not return to this place

Everyone is super nice. They told my husband and I we couldn't get our teeth cleaned we needed to reschedule for xxx cleaning that would cost around $280.00. We just wanted a simple old school cleaning. oh well Western Dental visit tomorrow, fingers crossed lol.

I Went In With Pain And Then The Doctor came Up With Bologna To Try To Get Money Out Of Me.. He Said It Was PREVENTIVE care. He Did Nothing With My Pain Which Was On The Left Side. All The Procedures He Wanted To Do Were On The Opposite Side. And Claimed My Previous Dentist Did A Horrible Job. I Have No Pain From Previous Dental Work So He Just Wanted To Redo It His Way... And Charge Me $4000+ Male assistant Was Nice. But The Receptionist Went From Smiley To GET OUT OF HERE. When I said I Was Not Interested in Any Of The Work. I Just Wanted What My Insurance Covered
I Saw Nothing But People in Pain Discussing Financial Options While There.
P.S. I know How To Read The XRAYs and The Doctor Was Making Stuff Up While He Pointed At Perfect Spots...I Really Wish The Worst For This Place.

Place is great and they are open on Saturdays which helps with my schedule. Huge offices and they all speak English!! Love them
