El Dr. nada profesional te hacen esperar 1 hr en tu cita para que no te atiendan por que el Dr decide irse . No lo recomiendo este lugar

Took out all crowns and replaced them with new ones , and all crowns fell out after flossing, he replace them but he said if they fall out again he he would charge me again. In December, 3 front teeth replaced but fell out in two weeks. I Complain to medical and I'll be fighting this case to get fully reimbursed. I have a new dentist. I don't recommend this dentist.

Dr. Modi, messed up on my dental implants. In 7 years has replaced them. Charging me $2400 to $2800 each time. The last ones dr. I ordered I wanted for cosmetic to make sides wider and teeth larger. He said he was able to do that. He did their impression said it had to go to the lab. ( I believe Dr. Modi is his own lab). When the impression came in they didn't fit my implants holes that dr. made from impression. Dr told me what did I do to make them not fit. Well me going back there 2xs a week for 1 1/2 months. With them still not fitting. I asked for a refund. Dr said I'll do half I said NoNo the whole thing. He go sassy with me. "DO YOU WANT ME TO FIX THEM NOW OR NOT" I said I want them FIXED
like how I wanted them. I said ok fix them. He went to the back and drilled a hole ? thru the denture. I SAID YOU MADE THEM WORST. LOOK AT THIS HOLE. I asked for my money back. DR.SAID NO YOU SAID FIX THEM I DID WITH A HOLE IN THEM..
ALL THEY WANT IS $$$$$ MONEY. PLUS THEY BILLED MEDICAL. OFFICE GOING DOWN HILL FASTER AND FASTER

Worst experience ever!!! This place is just about the money. They will do unecesary work just to bill your insurance. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, but also a crown on one of the molars next to the wisdom tooth. First appointment, and the doctor said I could get the crown first while we waited for the approval of the wisdom teeth removal. They took impressions, proceeded to lose the impression, had to go back and do impressions again, went in and got a Broken! crown put in, so they ordered another one. The day I went in to get the new crown in, they said I have to get impressions Again! because NOW, supposedly, the wisdom tooth is in the way. (They couldn't even call me) Oh, and did i mention 2 months passed when they lost the first impressions, and they never even called. They left the temporary on for 2 months! I had to call them about it! And in reality, who knows what happened to the first impressions because the doctor said lost, a lady in the office said arrived broken and another said it was delivered to the wrong address. So who is telling the thruth
The office has No organization. And while all this happened, I was never able to make an appointment to see the surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed. Apparently, he comes once a month, and when you try to make an appointment, they tell you they will call you, and they never do. The office staff need major training! They do not know how to run an office. They do not know how to communicate with the patients. Had they at least tried to comunicate all these problems to me... this just makes me think they do not care. They don't even try. They will make you waste time and gas.
Will not be coming back.

This place is all about money money money. When I got a filling they said it would cost extra if I wanted the color white. I went to a different dental office and they have white fillings and they’re not charging me extra. If you’re late/can’t make it on time for an appointment they charge you $40+ fee. They should give a warning. A lot of low income families come to this dentist, doesn’t seem fair to charge that much. Out of all of the staff, there’s only one good doctor and one good assistant. You’re better off going somewhere else where the people would be more understanding and welcoming.

Professional and nice. I didn't wait long. I did just feel there were to many appts made to milk the insurance co. like it was obvious, and I get it, but I cant keep missing work like that , who can ? So I had to bail .

I have been with Nuevo-Perris Dental for over 25 years. I am overly satisfied with the care I receive. The professionalism and personal touch as well as their efficiency can’t be measured. The staff is very easy to talk to. Dr. Moody is the best. I have no plans whatsoever to seek other dental care. Good dental care is hard to find and I do not hesitate to recommend them to others

These people suck at there jobs I have been going there for years and they are getting worse. Not only did they lose my info from the office they sent me to not once but 2 times and they lost it both times. And also claimed they called me for an appointment when they did not. They don't communicate well at all. Now that they messed up twice medi cal won't approve me for it again. Due to there error not my own. They are garbage.
