The staff is dismissive, and the doctor will spend 20 seconds with you. They hit you with a crazy bill. I only had an hour, but I had no problem returning another day. They were made aware before i made the appointment about me being on my lunch. They shouldn't have taken the appointment if it was going to be an issue for them. I still had 20 minutes left to go over any findings. They are now telling me I was in a rush and I didn't have time to stay in the office, which isn't true. The girl who took me for x-rays was so nice! But the front desk and Dr. are rude and just want your money. I've already filed a grievance and am finding a new dentist. I should have listened to the other bad reviews. They even emailed me later on to tell me to come in for a root canal when they didn't even mention that in my initial appointment. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't want to return for a second appointment.

This office is focused in obtaining as much money as possible. My wife went in for general cleaning. After many x-rays and poking around the gums and teeth, the technician stated that she needed the DDS to confirm additional work (deep cleaning ) which was not covered by our insurance and the price of $1800. My wife walked out as they refused to give her any dental cleaning without having deep cleaning first. So, weeks later, I went in for my routine cleaning. I was told that I needed x-rays and that the ones from a year ago were too old. I refused any x-rays and stated to the office that I just wanted a visual inspection and that all of the many years of x-rays from this office has shown no cavities or disparities in my gums or teeth. I have worked hard keeping my teeth healthy throughout my life. I just wanted a general cleaning. They refused. I stated that it was my last visit to their office and walked out. Over the years I have had my teeth done at various institutions, to include 24 years in the military. I do not remember a time , a dentistry wanted bi annual x-rays to do general cleaning. I'm sure it's more for the health of their wallet than the health of the patient.

This dental office only wants your money. Esta oficina solo quiere dinero. The staff is super nice and friendly but I think it’s a cover to get you to give into their services not covered by insurance. After taking a bunch of X-rays and poking my teeth and making my gums bleed, they sent the person to come in and go over the recommended plan and their prices. I said I couldn’t afford anything out of pocket right now so they let me go. I realized they didn’t even offer to do a basic cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I called the next day to see if I could have it done because I wanted to use my insurance benefit, the hygienist said no because I need a deep cleaning. I’ve never left a dental office without at least having a basic cleaning. I got the impression this place just wants to perform costly treatments and not what the insurances actually cover. I’m switching my insurance and going back to my old dentist in Riverside, at least I know the drive is worth it.

I got my first appointment yesterday and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dentist before. I normally don’t write reviews but i have to they need to be recognized. I always have anxiety coming in but Dr. Sohal and Dr.Najjar made me feel so comfortable and very transparent I loved it. When it came to my cleaning Bryce the hygienist was very gentle and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. From the moment the ladies at the front greeted me all the way towards the end it’s been a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back ?
