9/9/24 UPDATE : the unknown rep on the line that ur claiming heard everything and the call was recorded by them. She informed me today that escalation department received the recording and will be in contact with u. Good luck u liers . Next time when a customer asks u to contact the insurance cuz ur system that u say is accurate is INDEED outdated, do it and earn their business. Again what a shame of management ?.

They wanted me to pay $2200 for root canal when its covered 100%. Went back inside with the iehp rep on the line and told the lady its covered 100%. She said well my aystem shows other wise. I said go ahead shes on the phone talk to her. Her response was 'ill call her later''. Wat a shame of a manager. Call ur insurance before u go into this place as they might well ask u to pay when ur insurance covers it. Shame on em

Amazing service starting from when I walked into the office until it was time to leave. Actually from my first phone call they were welcoming. Thank you Diana for being awesome. Manager Cindee worked with me financially and gave me a discount you might not get elsewhere. Thankful and appreciative of the awesome service.
